Yes, we did it last September; it was brilliant and well worth the money.
You get to ride into the enclosure in an open truck and hand feed giraffes (which you can also stroke) and some other birds and animals whose names escape me at the moment. The trip lasts about 45 minutes.
Do it - you will not regret it, it was one of the high points of our holiday.
