Sequoia lodge rooms

Hi All

We off in just over 2 weeks and im very excited. Just one question, does the montana rooms at the Sequoia have hairdryers in them already or do you have to request them.

We were in a Montana Room in the main building and it had a hairdryer in the dressing area

Call me fussy but I consider them to be OK for drying kids hair but not so good for styling your hair if you have long hair. I prefer to take a travel hairdryer which has a bit more power to it.

I have long hair which is very thick and wasnt sure how well the driers would dry it but I actually found it quite good -although not as good as my own drier

That's why i cut my hair short!!!

Thank you for all your replies, may stick with the hotel dryers but will definately be taking my GHDs!!!!

I could do all that and it probably still wouldnt look much different

It took forever to blow dry my DD's & my hair! Well, about 5 mins longer than usual (and as it is, it already takes 10 mins to dry her hair properly with our hairdryer at home).

Definitely bring your GHDs if you have room in your bag!

I have really bad psoriasis on my scalp and I'm kind of concious of it as its all down my hairline so I can't tie my hair back and don't really want to wear it short as it's more visible so I do spend longer than most.

A hat would be fab but it makes my head too hot and then the itching starts and its a vicious circle then. I don't look a great deal different but it makes me feel better about myself

This is not being fussy, this is a serious problem and no wonder you feel concious about it, i would too!!
