going in August, staying Club level

I understand character meals can be booked 6 months out.

not able to do via app and calling is tough with time difference and being at work

hoping to email hotel and see if they can help.
any other ideas?

Reservations only restarted today, but i dont see anything available for the coming months in Plaza Gardens. I assume they have technical problems.

According to the app it is 2 months in advance.
But, even before covid the release schedule was irregular.
If you want to email, just use the form on the website. Keep in mind that there will be a delay in handling email versus a call. I would bite the bullet and make room somewhere to call.

I'm staying at Hotel New York in September. I called yesterday morning and was told that character dining is only open for booking past May for those who have the extra plus meal plan.

I did send the email.
I don't know which plan I have, think it's plus and I'd pay extra for character
since we're club room and get breakfast it's one other meal
