September Weddings? weather questions!

I've never been to Florida in fall or summer (only winter/spring), I know it will be hot, and we planned to do it for warmer weather on purpose. However, I wonder about rain? I know there is more rain, and I've read about afternoon rain. Our VR (9/22/09- so later in september) is in the morning, which I was hoping would help with both it being too hot, and also rain. I wonder if this is the time of year it pretty much rains EVERY afternoon, and I should plan accordingly? If so,what time does it usually start/stop?

Hey there. We were at Disney on Sept. 25-29...i think it was beautiful there! it didnt rain once while we were there. It was kinda cooler in the morrings but it was def hot but not steamy sweaty hot.. hope that helps a lil bit

We were there in mid-September 2007 and we got a little shower one afternoon around 4 p.m. but it didn't last long at all and one evening around 6 p.m. there was a heavy downpour that lasted longer. But we didn't have any rain during during the mornings/early afternoons on any of the days we were there.

I was at Disney for most of the month of September in 2007 and saw showers about 8 days of that. They were quick 20-50 minute showers around 2-4pm.

I was there Sept 20-28th last year, and saw rain I think 2 days. Around 2-4pm.

3 years ago, there was a tropical storm when I was there, so I don't count that because it rained for 2.5 days stright. (end Aug-Labor day)

Oh wow!! This is fantastic news! Thank you all so much for sharing- I had no idea what to expect, but it seems that it's not nearly as bad as I was anticipating! Yay!
