We are heading to Disney September 24th thru October 2nd. How are the crowds this time of year? Any information you can send along would be great. Also, does it rain a lot this time of year?
I know the parks seem to close early in September/October. Is there enough time to see everything since the crowds are low? Since we have been in April and November before we are looking to go when there are no crowds.
Goofy613 - I think you will really enjoy going that time of year. You'll be past the summer afternoon thunderstorm season. It's amazing how much more fun the parks are without the crushing crowds! You should be able to do everything you want even though the parks are open shorter hours. Have a great time!
We always go September/October (88, 95, 97, 9, 01, 03) and the crowds were always low, often we could stay seated in teh rides for a second round.
The parks may close earlier, but that's no problem as there still is PI/DD. The only negative thing is, that some rides may be down for maintenance, but often you can ride them when you come back the other day.
The weather may also interfere with a short shower, but there's no such thing as bad weather - there's only bad clothing
