September Room Availability

I know the reason why there are no rooms available for mid September is because of free dining but does anyone know the possibility of a value room opening up?

You just have to keep trying. If you haven't yet, don't forget to check third party sites as well as checking direct with Disney. People make changes all the time, so you just have to keep looking, every day, multiple times each day.
