September Fantasmic Packages?

Does anyone know when you will be able to book September Fantasmic packages? I have already made most of our ADRs for our August/September trip but the CM said that they hadn't opened up the Fantasmic dinner packages for September yet and they were all booked in August. Thanks for your help!

My guess is that they will release the packages as soon as they release the September park calendar. Once they determine which nights Fantasmic will be showing, they'll be able to release the dinner packages.

I figured that but does anyone know when they release park hours for September? Does it get announced a certain number of days ahead of time or does it vary?
