Yesterday was busy, I just got in 10 minutes of walking. I snuck in a 30 minute morning walk and I still plan to go to the gym (but will report that AFTER I do it )

I am going camping this weekend (and exercise will NOT be a priority!) so I will catch up with everyone's totals on Monday (maybe Sunday if I have a spare minute). Let's keep it going, the end of the month will be here before we know it!!
270 minutes this week! Yay! That puts me at 645/800. I think I can make it!
Just a question. I leave for Disney on Thursday and will be there over the weekend. Do you count any excercise for those days or do we just skip them? If you do count those days, how do you do it? I thought about counting thirty minutes a day because on average that is what I am doing and I know I'll do at least that in the parks.

I'm starting late in the month and am currently sick as a dog lol but I'll give myself a realistic goal of 270 minutes for this month (30 min/ 3 times next week and 60 min/ 3 times the week after)
