September Exercise Challenge - WE DID IT!!

Got everyone updated! I took the day off yesterday (a MUCH needed break!) and just did 10 minutes of walking to put me at 205/1100.

InLuvWithDisney - it is up to you how much you think you can exercise this month! If you are not used to exercising regularly, maybe start out with 500 and if you blow through that goal, you can always raise the bar for next month!!

ohMom - my DD6 is a sweaty mess when she is done with 45 minutes of ballet (tap is even worse!) so I can imagine what it is like for an adult! Stick with it!!

Everyone is off to such a great start, keep it up!!! :flower:
 
Walked for over an hour today. Boy pushing a 4 year old can be tough!
 
felt really bad, yesterday was the first day in the past 21 days that I did no exercise, I worked 12 hours and wasnt feeling good when I got home, but today 70 minutes of walking...bringing me to 410/1000 :cool1:
 

I have 30 minutes on the treadmill this morning to add bringing me to 180/500 so far. I am getting ready to leave for the beach for a scrapbooking weekend. I am taking my walking shoes and my Garmin and I will get my walks in Thurs, Fri & Sat. so I'll have an update when I get home Sunday. Keep moving everyone-we are doing great!!
 
Week 1:

485 / 1600 minutes.......good start!!
 
I added 30 minutes today, bringing me to 102/500.
 
I'm now at 440/1000. Now I'm of to walk! :cool1:

I am now at 135 for the month. This getting back to school to teach is really cutting into my exercise time. I've got to get moving.
 
i took a walk with my neighbor last night and did a workout DVD this morning brining me to 380/1500
 
Please add another 468mins for me - been doing alot of walking! thank you
1/2hr in the morn, hr at night
 
My curves times for this month thus far is 90 minutes (one from last week that I forgot about :rolleyes: and two so far this week.

Wow, everyone is doing really good so far!! There are a couple of you that are already close to 50%!!! Yesterday I did 20 minutes of resistance training and 20 minutes on the treadmill (10 min @ 4.5mph, 10 min @ 5.5mph) plus 10 minutes of walking.

We are in the middle of moving, and the computer is having some problems with knowing where it is, so I'll update when I can manage to get on line.

I am currently at 860/2000 min! :moped:

I am in. I am a little late in joining as I was in WDW but I want to try for 1100 this time. I know I can do it.

So far I am at 150/1100

I am not going to count the WDW walking.....I don't think that would be fair!
