480/1000 Took an hour for each day at WDW since sometimes we had to rush and most of the time we meandered. Then i added a 1/2 hour for yesterday.
 

40 minutes on my recumbant bike today.....405/500 :)
 
Just updated!! Crystal is OVER THE TOP!!!! Great Job!!!

Me, I need 91 minutes a day for the rest of the month to make it, but hey, I've done more this month already than in many past and any movement we get is good!!!

Haven't posted in a few days
Did 30 mins on treadmill on Sunday
45 mins (3 miles) both Monday & Tuesday.
Bringing me to 745/750.
 
I am at 1810/1600 min for this month! :yay: :banana: :yay:

I'm hoping to hit the 2000 min mark. I am pretty sure with the activities I have planned the next few days I can do it. Feels good to be over my min for the month, but it is a good thing because my eating has been as far over my plan as my exercise has been! :earseek: My out of town company is all gone now so I'd better get back on track with food. At least the two have balanced out so no weight gain, but no loss, either. If I can keep up my current pace with exercise and get back to eating right I'm sure the scale will move to lower numbers soon.
 
Got in 45 minutes this morning bringing my total to 495/500 :)

Slowly I'm getting there. 79 minutes a day left!!

Today did a 75 min walk w/ the husky....included a visit to a new part at the top of a LARGE, STEEP hill! 77 steps + several sections of steep sidewalk. Then I had to do a Costco run & before I shopped I did 30 min of 'laps' around the store. Yes, people think I'm nuts...oh well!

Unfortunately, my scale is moving in the opposite direction that is needed. Hopefully the exercise will catch up soon!
