September codes. How will I know?

Hi! We have a Tower Room at CR booked in September. I am hoping to apply an AP discount to my current booking.

Two questions:

How will I know the discounts are going to be released? Is there somewhere to sign up for an email or do I just need to check here?

Do Tower Rooms at CR even get discounted?
