September 5th 2016, 4 Night Dream Cruise

And they you all so much for guiding me through all this! My stress level is still up there and my anxiety too but all your help answering my questions is truly appreciated! :tinker:

That's more than most
I do not think we'll hit 1000 on that one, but it also is a friendly group.
We are also having a Breakfast meet, and the Candy Exchange has just 1 more participant if I remember correctly.
Bobbi

Today is September 1 so the last day if you want to exchange a new pin in the Fish extenders!

All are Welcomed! Post here so we know who to expect!

Also, if getting a group together for possible trivia sound like fun, post here, come to the breakfast meet, or send me a conversation with your cabin. We can call cabin to cabin on board. We do not use the wave phones, but does the app allow you to message each other? I an mot sure.

I got the idea a few days ago, that I collect pins, and if there were others, I would keep a list of folks who would exchange a new pin with someone. I said that I would definitely close that list on Sept. 1. No one has signed up for it, but I still would be opened to doing it. If you can think of something relatively easy and set a deadline, some here may join, but some of us are nearly finished packing!

Dreamers will also meet in Cabanas on Debarkation day! Come around 7:30! We should all recognize each other by then!

Everyone please join us. These are the things that make the cruise truly special.

My brother got the CD back in '12 and said it was worth it. We signed up for the (now) thumb drive. You can have a CM take a photo with your camera as well but I've seen side by side comparisons and the pro photos are much better. You have to understand, they have their $600+ camera on a tripod at the perfect angle with the perfect lighting setup on the staged shots, also there will be other candid photos of you throughout your sailing from dinner, from the aquaduck, etc. Those photos are all on your account sorted by facial recognition. I figure it this way, I'll check the photos before the end of the cruise or the cut off time, if I don't think it's worth it, I believe I can get a refund.

Ok so clearly I'm new at all of this... I was under the assumption that the photo package was for the parks. It's available for the cruise too? I understand you say it's worth it, but do you know about how many pictures come on this cd?

Me too- PM me your cabin number if you want a surprise!

Soooo excited! One more day at the office (albeit a crazy one!) and then I can focus on packing! :sail: :yay: :cool1: :thumbsup2 :cheer2:  :boat: :dancer: :beach:
We're in cabin 8114 and if I can get time after work tomorrow I'm going to try and grab a few things to put in others. Ugh, wish our plans hadn't been messed up bc I was really looking forward to participating in a FE for our first cruise.

We'll try to meet you all for breakfast, a lot depends on the kids moods: a teething two year old and a feisty five year old...

A friend of ours went in March and had about 150 pictures on her usb.

Well Photo Pass is at the parks. That's separate. Shutters take photos on the ship. They take lots of photos. When you get on, get off, with all characters, before dinner, in the lobby, on the aqua duck, and any other photo op you decide to be a part of. It's all linked to your room or name I guess.

That should explain if all.

I don't have an FE. I have some minimalist door decorations and a cup for my dry erase markers.
FantasyElf made a FE with ziplock bags, dust tape and a sharpie! It doesn't need to be eloborate, just as long as it'll hold a few goodies!! Here's her post. FantasyElf16Chase The Wind & Touch The Sky
  1. @Lisa Driggers Here is the link for you, It was easy for me to follow and a super fun project! And you can get fun duct tape anywhere in stores or online.

I understand that exactly... it's a struggle for my 2 year old to wake up in the morning!

Awesome, thanks!

Any idea if you get copyright if you get the USB?

Ok, stupid question but I'm going to ask anyway as this is our first Disney cruise and I'm curious....

Clearly the dining rooms have a dress code for adults, but does that same dress code apply to children? I have a 2 year old and I'm in the middle of gathering his clothes and unsure if I should bring slacks for him or if shorts are acceptable for him.
