8:30 is fine with Cathie and I, how is that with everyone else? sit down breakfast is great. It gives us a better chance to get to know each other.

Absolutely! There are kids costume parties and an adult Costume party in one of the lounges at night. Last year, Cathie dressed up as Belle and I was her prince. We got 3rd place (if I remember correctly). There were allot of different costumes in the contest and it was allot of fun

Once! The amount is up to givers. You will know the number of people you are gifting in each cabin!

Yes. However you want to do it! You can give each night, but I think that could be making more work than necessary.
I also do not want anyone's feeling to be hurt. Be forewarned that in one case we got 2 small local lollipops. We do not have max/min to be spent, it's about happy surprises!

I think it's Royal Palace. It's usually the one off the atrium.

Lunch and Breakfast are served at the Royal Palace and Enchanted Garden on the Dream (sit down restaurants). There are no set times for those 2 meals.
