September 5th 2016, 4 Night Dream Cruise

My wife dressed as Belle (and I was her tag-a-long prince) last year at the adult costume party. We came in 2nd or 3rd (if I can remember). On the way back from the party, a number of kids came up to her asking for autographs and pictures. So cute

Hi Brad and family, welcome to the thread! I believe that a Certified copy of her birth certificate will suffice but please confirm that with DCL. There is probably enough time to get a passport if you put a rush on it. Regarding the Edge Club, someone else will have to answer that as I don't have experience with it.

OK Cruisers, I sent my reservation requests email to Shore-side Concierge this morning at 12:01:05 AM. I did this last time and got everything I wanted. Anyone else sailing Concierge?

Hey, this may be a stupid question but do they serve alcohol on dcl?
Most definitely. Numerous bars around the ship, servers walking around with the "drink of the day", wine by the bottle (or glass) at all sit down restaurants, wine packages available for the length of the cruise, bars on Castaway Cay, wine and drink tastings on the ship, etc.

We signed up for the wine tasting on 9/8 at 1:00 and the martini tasting on 9/6 at 4:00. Anyone who is interested, please join us!

Hi- we're sailing concierge as well! It's our first time so we're very excited to compare a concierge sailing to a non-concierge cruise. I also sent our email just after midnight. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Thanks for the tip- I wasn't aware that we could book tastings ahead of time! Is there a schedule posted somewhere or should I just contact shoreside concierge? We are definitely interested!!!

Just curious, what did you request?

Contact Shoreside. they only have the 2 tastings I listed (2 different martini tasting times available), the others (cognac, whiskey, tequila and mixology) are available when you board the ship

Our main request was a cabana on the FB. Plus we asked for a Palo dinner and brunch booking. Really looking forward to it!

Sweet. We asked for a cabana at Serenity Bay as well as Palo and Remy dinners. And of course, the wine tasting and martini tastings. Did you request a specific cabana at the FB?

Would love to attend a Dis meet but we'll be in the spa on day 2 at 4:00. Got our requests confirmed as well- cabana on FB, spa appointments, brunch and dinner in Palo (where we will not be wearing jeans- LOL!).

Soooo excited that it's getting closer!!!

We're doing Palo Brunch too. Maybe as we get closer, others will join in the discussion and we can set up a get-together

So far, DH is giving me a 'Definitely Maybe' for this sailing date. Fingers crossed. :yay:
