(thats how i feel today)
Went out last night and bought a guide to Eastern and Southern Caribbean Ports to try to finalize our plans for excursions (if any). I think we are going to try to do the Bacardi Rum Factory Tour that also has a tour of Old San Juan. Though I think we could do it on our own, it seems like the excursion might be the better option for us as DW has bad ankles and might be challenged by some of the walking we would have to do on our own with the uneven surfaces and elevation changes the guidebooks all talk about. Plus, we can do more of Old San Juan on our own after the excursion if we want. We are really undecided about whether to go to St. John or just hang around St. Thomas. I think we will probably wait to make that decision until we get on ship. Can't wait to meet our fellow DIS'ers on ship. Have we thought about where and when we might want to meet? The last cruise we went on we all met after the evacuation drill up on Deck 10 overlooking the Sailaway Party. We didn't meet long (because many had the early seating for dinner) but it was nice to put faces with names so that we could talk more as we ran across each other during the week.Originally posted by ThreeCircles
I'm partial but I think a great time/location for such meets is on the first day, right after the lifeboat drill in the Promenade Lounge. As Melody mentioned, the first day is busy but I find that you have a good 20-25 minutes between the lifeboat drill and the Sail Away Celebration for a meet. Plus, groups can always wonder up to the party together and continue the meet there.

Is everyone else going to be busy before the drill? If we're only talking 20 minutes or so - this might be possible.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!
