Since this is our first cruise I do have a question regarding dining rotation and dining times (I've searched the boards but haven't really found a great answer). From the schedule when I login to the reservation it looks like Pirate Night is the second night on this cruise. Does anyone know how the 4 night cruises typically work for Dining Rotation and which restaurant is the best to be in for Semi-Formal night as well as which night is best to be in AP for the show? Also, we're booked for 2nd seating but with a 3 yr old I'm not sure how I feel about that, on the one hand if we're having a great time on the boat I don't want to have to rush to get ready for dinner at 5:45 and then be too tired to see a show afterwards but I've read about certain people who said it was nice with young kids to grab them a snack (or early dinner), see the show and then have 2nd seating after. She has been kept up pretty late on the weekends occasionally, and it's vacation right? A few nights up until 10 won't be *terrible*. Also, does anyone know if they've really cracked down on the age limits for the clubs? She's 1 month (barely) shy of 3 when we sail and I think the nursery is going to be too babyish for her, if they're strict on ages I'll just keep her with us the entire time, but it might be nice for her to be able to participate in some of the kids activities at the club.

Hello everyone! I'll be sailing on my first Disney cruise with another 28 friends and family members. Actually, it's the first D cruise for all of us and we couldn't be more excited about it! My family of 6 (including grandparents) will be celebration my son's 6th bday! Ever since he saw the Disney Magic ads on Disney Jr a couple of years ago he wants to celebrate his bday on board so we decided to do it now. He thinks he'll have a huge birthday party with everyone on board. Do you know if I can make arrangements for characters to come by our table during dinner and sing happy birthday with dessert or something like that? Can't wait to meet everyone. Still learning about FEE and explaining to my friends to then decide whether to do it or not. Love reading all the tips I found on this board. See ya real soon!

My Disney counter says 40 days til cruise time!! I was looking over the information that Suzy sent out, and just thought I'd share my stats, in case it's helpful to anyone else when planning FE gifts. I show 46 people total for the FE. 27 are adults (20+ years old.) 19 are kids.
Here's the breakdown for kids (as I have it):
(1) 3 yr old girl
(1) 5 yr old girl
(2) 6 yr olds, 1 girl, 1 boy
(3) 7 yr old girls
(3) 8 yr old girls
(2) 9 yr olds, 1 girl, 1 boy
(2) 10 yr olds, 1 girl, 1 boy
