For our return home, I'm wondering if 11am is a good time to have the car service pick us up at the port? We don't have to be to LAX till 2:30pm so there's a lot of wiggle room on both ends...

Not sure what time you have to be off the ship.

Hi. I haven't been accepted to your Facebook page so I could post the pics Ive taken. We are now here in San Francisco. The port is 2 blocks from Pier 39 so you can walk there. We got up at 6:30 am to watch us go under the golden state bridge but unfortunately it was foggy and we didn't see it until we were about to go under. It's very cold here due to the wind so make sure you pack warm clothes. We were triple layered with a blanket and hot chocolate and still froze! The ship is amazing and lots to do. Bring a highlighter so you can highlight what you want to do on the navigator (daily activities guide).

Just a couple of more days until we head out. I like to plan and be organized and have the knowledge to plan properly. This forum has helped immensely in that regard.

I just wanted to say "Thanks" to all of you who have taken the time to post fantastic information. It's appreciated. Looking forward to a fun and relaxing week up and down the coast.

I've booked shuttles to and from the airport online without any problems. However, I need to get from the ship to a Good Neighbor hotel in Anaheim on the Sunday we get back. Anyone else doing the same? What transportation are you using? Thanks!

We will be heading straight for Anaheim on Sunday morning too, we're going to have a talk to GS to see how early we can get off. We'll probably have to skip breakfast, but we want all the time we can get in the parks! Last time we didn't book a shuttle, it's hard to know exactly when you'll be off so I think we'll do the same this time, just walk off and wait for the next one going to Anaheim, they're all waiting there ready anyway. Maybe if we get off at the same time we could share a shuttle?

I can't remember the name off the top of my head, (I'm at work) but I know that it is almost directly opposite the DLR entrance on South Harbor Blvd.

I'm probably being paranoid but we are driving down to Oceanside to visit our dd and her hubby on Saturday. We really need to be there. Our SIL is a Marine and was injured in Afghanistan 3 years ago. !

The first carmegedan wasn't bad to navigate as most people avoided driving and stayed local. Hopefully this second one will be the same. I'm sorry to hear about you SIL. I will keep him in my prayers.

Yes, we will. I tried to convince him also, this one or the Pixar that I am on. I meet him and his family on the Arpil 1st MR and we meet up again on the Thanksgiving MR.

This is our second Disney cruise we did not know about FE the first time and I am thinking me and my mom might have gone a little crazy on the FE gifts is it normal to have 2 of my suitcases be FE gifts? LoL good thing we are driving up
