Ok, I have a cold now too. I am using cold eeze and airborne. Lets hope noone else gets it. I hope everyone else is feeling better before we all leave too Good Night everyone.

He wouldn't do that. He'd probably just give me a look and then later ask me, "Why do you tell everyone that story?"

I was just thinking about stuffing. Since we can't seem to really think of a place, why don't we just meet at the Mickey statue at 10:45 and we can go somewhere from there? That way we'll be able to consult our Navigators on the ship and find a place that isn't busy instead of trying to guess where we can go?

And, again, if someone has a contribution but can't make the drink & stuff meet, contact myself or Zane!

Jac - I was thinking...why don't we just go in to Lumiere's??? They are never that busy at lunchtime and there is no assigned seating at lunch so we could just take over 2 or 3 of those big tables, spread out our stuff and "drink and stuff ". I don't think they would mind at all and then we can all order our lunch when we're finished. Just a thought...

I love everyone's pictures! This is so much fun! I especially love looking at all the beautiful children and thinking how happy they will all be to be on the cruise! (and of course getting the awesome goody bags! )

Zane....that pic of the 16 yo passed out in the wheelchair had me cracking up ! It's a shame though......he didn't look well at all.

Shannon....hope u feel better soon. We're all sick here too. Dh has bronchitis and is on antibiotics, dd is using Zycam and Airbourne to fend off a cold and I have a stomach thing brewing. I'm sipping alka seltzer as I type. Dh just went out to the store to get me some ginger ale.

Good Morning Fellow Travelers!!!

Cruise docs arrived last night in Queens, NY... Looking forward to 7 nights in Cabin 6128 (Cat. 6)... I'll have my Mets magnet on the door (if they make the playoffs)...

We are leaving next Friday for 1 night at the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, 7 nights on the Magic and 2 nights at Saratoga Springs... Yeah, I had a LOT of 'use of lose' DVC points this year!!!

Can't wait to start having some boat drinks!

We are in Nassau County, just a few miles from the Queens border and just down the hall on the Magic! But I just have to say you are rooting for the wrong team! Go Yankees! I must say they are both making a race out of it when it looked to be all but settled the beginning of this month. They will both make the playoffs and my father (who watches both teams) will spend lots of time in Diversions or his cabin watching playoff baseball My sister and I never considered this when we booked the cruise! We will probably spend considerable time Thurs and Fri looking for TVs to catch the scores at WDW. We had points to use this year too because my mother has been ill!

Everybody's photos are great! I don't have any pics to scan or post but if I can get nephew to help on Sunday I might have a few! We shouldn't be hard to spot at WDW or the ship terminla though. There are five adults (Mom in a wheelchair) and two nine year olds. Me, sis and the kids all wear glasses!

Well, I just got back from the salon gettin my hair done before the BIG trip!

Sadly, we didn't get our docs today... our costco TA lied!!!!!!

Yes, I used them on my cruise in April and I had no side effects at all and never felt sick. I had 2 leftover so I will be using those. I also got phenergan gel that the whole family can use. Is there anything I can give DS before we get on the ship just in case or should I use the phenergan before he is actually sick? I know we have some nurses .. help?? I am not too worried about myself but I don't want DS getting sick at all.

jajomo0118 I wish it would snow like that once this winter. We are from Ohio but moved to Florida when dd was 5. Then we moved here about 2 yrs ago and she is still waiting to be able to play in the snow!! She doesn't really remember the snow in Ohio, and every time it has snowed here it melts right away.

DH came home from work and said that there are more people at work sick! I am loading him up with vit. E and spraying everything I touch. I am sorry to hear that there are others that are sick too. Here's praying that everyone is well by the time we board the ship!!

I think that is fine to meet at Lumiere's and then decide where to go. I would offer my room but we are in an 11 too.

Thanks mcraft.....I think .....*hope*....that we are slowly on the mend and also hope the sickies stay away from everyone. But my breakfast this morning was ginger ale and saltines. Just glad I'm getting this now and not next week. DCL (or any cruise line), can deny passage if you show signs of stomach flu.

I read a trip report on the boards today and someone said some sort of virus seems to be going around wdw this past week. Think I'll go out and buy a couple more bottles of Airbourne.
