We were hoping to participate in the FE, but the more I look at my crazy calendar between now and D-Day (departure :thumbsup2), the more I realize that there is no way I am going to be able to get a FE done in addition to everything else to prepare. Happy FE-ing though everyone!

Steph

Steph,
Sorry to hear you won't be participating, but I look forward to seeing you and your boys on the ship. Thanks for letting us know.

Ok MAGICal cruisers! I need to get this FE list together and I know there are more than two families that wanted to do it! I need to get this out ASAP so others can prepare! I want to get this out by the end of this week if I can!

So... again, I need all participants in the FE to message me either here or via private message to give me their info! Computer crashed! I only have heard from two families!

Sorry! We've been out of town. We were in Southern Cal. We're home for this week and then leaving for Hawaii the next week. Crazy summer! Anyways, I just got caught up on all my reading on here. We would still like to do the FE. Do you know when the deadline will be? I probably need to start thinking of what I'm going to do.

Thanks!
Lisa

I really need to know by the end of this week so I can get the info out to everyone so they have enough time to prepare! :thumbsup2

Sounds good! Count me in! I too have subscribed to the thread, but don't get updates. So, unless I make a point of checking every so often I have no idea when people write on here. So, sorry I haven't written earlier.

Hello all I am new to this board....in fact this is my first post. I am going on my first Cruise ever and I am so excited. I have researched (a little) about these fish extender gifts and think I would like to participate. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Below you will find all of my information.

Ok... I need your names, cabins, celebrations, kids ages, etc...

Names: Letitia Shuttleworth- Me- 29 years old
Alianna Shuttleworth- DD- 8 years old- celebrating her bday.
Room # 7619
So excited to cruise. I will post our other details in a different post.

Hey fellow cruisers. I am so excited to say that my DD8 and myself (29) will be joining all of you on the September 24, 2011 Eastern Caribbean Cruise aboard the Disney Magic. We are so thrilled for this trip. We have never cruised before but love anything and everything Disney. We usually do Disney World every year but last year we did two trips (April and December) and my DD decided she would forego Disney this year for a different vacation. She wanted to do a beach trip for a week this summer. I am not a huge beach person. I would much rather do Disney over a beach. I started pricing out a trip to Myrtle Beach and it got rather expensive rather quickly. I couldn't stomach a full week so I was thinking like 5 days or something like that. Well I don't have a big family so doing a condo was out of the question and oceanfront resorts costs a fortune. After food and gas getting there and money to spend it seemed insane to spend that on a vacation. I contemplated just flying to the Bahamas and staying there, but quickly decided against it. So naturally I came across the idea of a cruise. I looked at DCL first and got a little sticker shock, they seemed high. I started looking at other cruise lines and after reviews from ppl it seemed like the rack price was lower but then nickel and dime you to death. We finally decided on this cruise as a mother daughter get away. So excited. We are from WV, so we will start driving to Pittsburgh, PA early in the morning (2:30 a.m) for a 6:30 flight. Land at MCO at 8:45 and catch a transfer to the Country Inn & Suites at the Port. Chill out around there and then head over to board the Magic on Saturday morning. Currently I have a Palo reservation for myself on Castaway Cay night for 6:00. We have the late dining seating. We booked Parasailing on Castaway Cay and that is the only excursion we are doing. St. Maartan we will just do the beach there. St Thomas probably shopping and maybe a taxi over to Trunk Bay, but still a little undecided. Alianna is so excited and can't wait to meet new friends on the ship. She is turning 8 at the end of August so we are celebrating her bday on the ship as well. Oh well that is all for now. So excited to meet all you fellow DISsers. Also, we are planning on doing the Fish Extender game. Ta Ta for now

Welcome aboard Letitia! Glad you made it over here. There are several families with children Alianna's age.
I will add you to the list on page 3. You can see who else is here on that page.

If you would like to post your cabin # I will add it to the list.
Kim

If everyone wants to post who is traveling with you and maybe the ages of our children I'll put that next to your name. That way we will find the kids in common for the clubs, etc.

I checked out some other meet threads. I added cabin #, and celebrating.

Hi there. I like to put more info on #11 if it's not too much trouble so people can look us up and say hey. Can't wait!

#11 Mikmouse
Jo Ann and Ray celebrating their 45th Wedding Anniversary!

Wow that quoted funny. Don't know what to do to fix it so I'll leave it.

Hey guys I was gonna do some shopping/ordering this weekend and was wondering if we had a room/person count yet for the Fish Extender Gift Exchange. Also, are we doing it where it is one gift per person per day, or just one gift per person per cruise. Just curious as to how many gifts I should prep for. Thanks everyone. So excited!!!!

I'd like to update #10 on the FE list.
Clark - 30
Meredith - 29
Cabin - 6641
*celebrating Meredith's birthday

Thanks! I'm getting so excited for the cruise!

Disneydreaming- gang. You have my name misspelled on the page with our information. It's Letitia. Don't worry, everyone misspells it, just thought it would be good if it was correct though. :goodvibes:goodvibes
