I am excited to say that we will be on this cruise (Sept 23, 2012)!

This will be our 3rd Cruise on the Dream We have now sailed on all 4 of the Disney Ships.

Since you have done FE exchange before would you want to do one this time?? I think it sounds so fun!!!

I think I saw a few people asking about what is a FE... so here is a post I created when I was the person in charge of the FE's for another Disney Cruise

What is a FE? It is a “Fish Extender” meaning a pocket of some type that hangs from your Disney Cruise Line “fish” outside your door, where Cast Members leave your confirmations and such.

This is a fun game started by a group of travelers to make the Cruising experience just a little bit more FUN. It is sort of like a Secret Santa… you will get a final listing prior to cruising (about 15 days prior) of who all is participating, so you can leave little “gifts” or “goodies” in others FE’s. You can do as many or as few as you like, there is NO rules or guidelines, it is meant to be fun for all and not to cause worry or stress – we are all on vacation – good times only!!

Ideas of other peoples gifts for suggestions and ideas: something to represent your state/country, favorite snack food, cruise themed items (beach balls, sunglasses..), pencils. It is just meant to be a fun little surprise when you get back to your rooms, not a huge investment of money! REMEMBER FUN!

Where do I get a FE? Many people have purchased theirs from Ebay or you can make your own. This is completely up to you.

How do I participate in a FE? You just notify the person in charge of the FE's for your trip and they will happily add you to the list. Then typically about 2-4 weeks prior to the cruise, you will be emailed or a updated list posted for your records.

Gift Delivery is done anytime you are on board ship. Just drop off the "goodie" in the FE (not recommended to knock or disturb guests).

Here are the guidelines I am going to establish for this FE...

1. if our group gets larger than 15 cabins we will divide into 2 smaller group, to help keep costs per person down.
2. you can do a per cabin, per day or per person gift - which ever you choose
3. Let's set our FE Close Date for Aug 15th! This will give us all enough time to plan our gifts and how many. So about the end of August I will email everyone participating the FINAL List so you can print and take along with you for deliveries.

Hi my name is Krista and my DD 6 and DS 10 and myself will be traveling with 7 other family members for a family reunion trip/ in celebration of my 30th birthday. We are in Category 09A - Deluxe Oceanview Staterooms on this cruise as well. Not sure when we will get the room #. This is our first Disney Cruise/Cruise period!! =) We are super excited to join in on the fun. I booked the Atlantis Dolphin Cay Shallow Water Interaction & Discover Atlantis for Nassau and the Castaway Ray's Stingray Adventure on Castaway. The adults have also made reservations at REMY for Wednesday night. Soooooo Excited. Can't wait to make some FE gifts!!!

We are traveling with another couple... but this will be thier 1st cruise ever... so they dont even know about these boards, or what an FE is, and Im not gonna tell lol.
