Hey gang!

I have had some inquiries and at this point I am prepared to go ahead and open up the "B" list (or the latecomer's list) for Fish Extender.

If anyone on the Original List (known as Group "A") would like to participate (give and receive) with the "B" Group in addition to the "A" Group please let me know.

We have done this before, and will be doing both lists again this time (the gift we give is simple and allows for buying in quantities that we can be flexible, however I understand completely that not everybody's gifts are like that).

I would like everyone to be aware that I'm not as set on deadlines for the "B" group. It has been my experience that a lot of people do join late and the assumption would be made that if you want to join Group "B" you would have to be flexible. In fact when we did FE on the Halloween cruise in '10 we had people literally joining the week of the cruise. LOL. Not sure I'm wanting to keep it open that late but I'm going to play it by ear for a little while and see how many people are still joining. There are a lot of rooms left for booking on our cruise and with it being currently the cheapest Fantasy cruise I think we will still see a decent influx of folks still joining in the weeks ahead.

Do keep in mind that if you are on both lists you will not double-gift the people on both lists. For example my family will be on both lists- you wouldn't give to our family twice..only once. Does that make sense?

Add us to the list. We just booked tonight. Can't wait. We're both platinum members but its our first on the Fantasy. Our past cruises were all on the Magic except for two on the Wonder (a five night double dip and a seven night mexican from LA).

I'm a CM at WDW. We retired to Florida about 8 years ago from Pennsylvania.

Bob and Teena. We don't have cabin # yet but we booked verandah.

Welcome aboard Bob and Teena, we also will be staying at the Beach Club pre-cruise. What a great resort the Beach Club is! You sure have a nice location to work, we look forward to meeting you on the Fantasy.

I know I'm a bit premature (and maybe a tad immature, as well) but I cannot wait for the mail to come every day! I'm always hoping that our documents will be delivered soon. I've read that you usually receive them from maybe 2-4 weeks out so I'm a little ahead of the game...what can I say??? Anyone else with me??

That's so funny...we actually did the opposite. Our girls share a bedroom and our 3rd bedroom is used as a playroom/storage room. Our suitcases used to be in that closet. Then our girls moved into their own rooms today and the suitcases had to go out into the garage and up into the attic! I'll probably wait until 2 weeks before to start getting clothes together.

I am with you - I won't start REALLY thinking about packing until closer to the trip. Of course, I have a box of stuff from the last cruise that we will pack for this one (FE, magnets, pirate bandanas, etc). We have been trying to figure out what we want to wear for our family photo (this is the only time I am ever IN a photo!).

My cousin Rebecca doesn't use ther internet very much but she'd love to be added to the roll call. Goldcoast Brisbane Australia. Staying at WDW before the cruise Rebecca 40 Sebastian 11 (boy) no cabin number yet but it's a balcony and second dining. Rebecca is also a single mum


On a personal note was on the Fantasy with my husband and our 1 year old in April and it was amazing. We had room 9638. No noise but close to the AFT elevators for dining and the mid elevators for everything else. The overhang from deck 11 shadowed deck 10 but left us with beautiful sunshine. Great views the whole way. We did the western carib through. I hope you all have an amazing time.

(I've pulled out the suitcases too...I hate finding things that we will be bringing on the cruise and putting in a pile and it gets moved because I forgot what the pile was. So now it goes into the suitcase!)

So, it looks like they have started assigning the GTY rooms. We booked a 6B and were assigned to room 5536 which appears to be a 4E. It looks like a pretty amazing amount of pixie dust
