Hey gang!

Well today is the final day to sign up for the FE!

Jen has to make a couple of changes to the list so please don't print it out or save anything yet.

Also Sebby, you must of had an older list, it's been updated. There are rooms that are different from the first couple of versions of the list. Please refer to the most updated list... For instance our room was mistakenly put down as a different room number in an older version, but it was corrected quite a while ago. So there is not anyone in 7190 from our FE list. There were a couple of other room changes too. Plus she has to add at least one that is sitting in her pm box and there were a couple on the fence that said they would get back to her today.... But thanks for the effort!!!

So lets get this deadline over with and hang tight! Jen is already working on map that will make it easy for everyone!!! It will be completely updated and provided with easy download on google docs. It will also be available in post one. There is still a lot more information to come out with the FE, such as what to do if your room assignment gets changed at the last second. This happens quite a bit and we have a plan in place. So stay tuned!

Thanks for noticing Ron. - I've updated my list. Your one stateroom # is the only error all others matched the current list. I await the final list.
I will update my list - and recheck again once Jen says the updates are all in. And I'll continue to update the images. Sorry I didn't recheck the list better last night. ;-)

And yes, kpadalik, I've seen that thread - and bookmarked it. There are some good ideas in there. ;-)

And I have to say that we're all super blessed to have Ron & Jen organizing our meet thread (and all the tons of work that goes with it). I went checking random meet threads and I only found 3 others that were remotely organized - particularly on the all important first post/page.

For those of you who are a little newer to the thread or maybe missed discussion about the St. Martin excursion we are doing and you have not already made plans. Check this out- www.Randomwind.com . Jen and I will be on this excursion along with our 12 y/o son, 11 y/o daughter and 4 y/o daughter.

Also, anyone going to be in Port on Friday night 9-21-12? We are going to have dinner at Fishlips and we would be happy to meet up with anyone else going on our cruise.

I think we are planning on staying on the ship when we are in port. DH may get off and walk around, maybe head to Marigot when we are in St. Maarten. I, however, am going to enjoy a quiet ship

We are staying at the Dolphin Thursday and Friday night, so we won't be at the Port until Saturday. So no Fishlips for us. Hope that some others can meet up with y'all though!

As of right now, I have the FE list updated. Its pretty unlikely we will have any nore changes before the deadline officially comes so this looks like our final numbers are like this:

36 Family Units*

121 Individuals Participating, including

-68 Adults
-3 Teens ages 14-17 (2 girls, 1 boy)
-14 Tweens ages 11-13 (8 girls, 6 boys)
-30 Kids ages 4-10 (19 girls, 11 boys)
-6 Infants/Toddlers ages 3 and under (4 girls, 2 boys)


(*A family unit is a group of participants in a stateroom.or a single family spread across multiple staterooms that count as one. Some Disnames have multiple Family units associated with their user name)

We'll be driving up after dd gets out of school on Friday(takes anywhere between 2 1/2-3 hrs depending on I-95) so plan on getting there by dinner time. (as long as its not the early bird special ) meeting at fishlips is a possibility but will probably be a last minute decision.

I'm not sure if it would be beneficial or not. If we can find a cab to take all 12 of us I'm all for it.
