First time poster! Staying at the Poly, September 10-17th
Welcome! We're honored to have your first post be here. We arrive on the same day, but are staying over at Wilderness Lodge. Did you get your ADRs yet? Is it your first WDW trip? Congratulations and happy planning.

Not our first trip but our first time staying on property and with our 2 year old! Party of 8 all together. Booked our ADRs on Monday.

Tusker House on our arrival night
Crystal palace breakfast on Sunday
O'hana dinner on Monday
Chef Mickeys brunch Tuesday
BOG dinner Wednesday
Kona breakfast Thursday and F&W that night
BOG breakfast and CRT dinner to finish off the trip on Friday!

Nice! We are traveling with a group of 8 for the first time and were concerned about getting ADRs but did well too. Your list has some of our favorites, like Crystal Palace breakfast and Ohana. We really need to try Kona breakfast sometime.
You should love staying on property. It makes the trip feel so neat for us, more like an all inclusive resort. We tell people we're going to Disney, not Florida, because we're happy to stay "in the bubble" the whole time. Taking a 2 year old is great too. They're free before they're three!

This is refreshing to hear.. I will be booking ADRs for 9 on April 1st. I'm prepared to split the group up if needed for ressies, but hoping I won't have to.

You will be fine. Every other year we have 10, and I've never had an issue booking ADRs. Fast passes were a little more challenging, but still got them in the same window- a few of them I had to overlap, like 1:15-2:15 for half the group and 1:45-2:45, then we all go at 2:45. But I think that only happen on SWMT and A&E.

Ooo can I join in please? We are 19th Sept - 26th Sept at OKW.
We then go to universal for 7 nights if that's being included :D

Joining in! We will be at Poly 9/15-9/20!! First time staying at the Poly. My favorite is GF but kids requested to try the Poly so trying something new this time!

Welcome! Your are our first at OKW, and that is one of few resorts we didn't have anyone at yet. We visited there last trip and really liked it.

Just so ya'll know they have just updated the park hours on the travel agents site to add all the wishes in
Thanks for catching that! Many of us are glad to see that. Hopefully the nights fit everybody's ADR schedules.

Welcome. You'll just be one monorail stop away from your favorite, and walking direct to the TTC could be nice for Epcot trips. Trying new stuff is nice, especially when it is still Disney.

It's our first time at OKW. First time spending more than 2 nights on site too. My parents first time doing dining plan too. We have a 2 bed villa as my now ex was supposed to come too. But alas cest la vie. More bed for me

No worries, annoyingly they have missed the exact week we are going and have forgotten to add the times etc to MK.

I also notice there are no late AK openings, is that an oversight as I thought RoL was supposed to have started by then?

I bet the next update will fill in your week with MK nighttime events.

I am also expecting extended AK hours to be announced once Rivers of Light opens. I can't imagine it will only be seasonal, and I expect the park to be open later at least some nights.

Enjoy the extra space at OKW and the nice short boat ride to Disney Springs.

I am in !! 17-24 Sept.. AKL!! Savanna View..looking forward to MNSSHP, F&W
Congratulations! That should be a great view, and the extra events will make the trip great.

The dates for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party have been announced.

This is often a big deal for people going in September. We however have still never done it. The extra ticket cost and fact there's so much else to do have always kept us from doing it. We have seen the Hallowishes fireworks from the Poly though, and they are very nice.

The first party is September 2nd this year, so those of us going in September will have the chance to go if we want to. What are your plans? Is MNSSHP a key part of your trip?
