Just throwing my 2 cents in there but out of all the airlines that fly from Newark to Orlando. Jet Blue always comes in cheaper. Pus you get your 1st checked bag free. Not sure what airport you fly out from but as i checked into a few dates in Sept this morning going Jet Blue, Continental, and south west, Jet Blue was the cheapest.

im dying for a discount. i heard that disney visa card holders usually get an advance notice, how will that come? i have my disney visa but only use it to pay for disney, and when im at disney so i dont carry a balance

We booked in December 2011 for this September and got free dining. When I looked under special offers it was there. I called my friend who is meeting me and DH and she booked online and got it too! We had been there in late Sept 2011 but my friend hadn't been there since 2010 and I am not sure if it was a bounce back or good timing. Just keep watching. I am sure it will be there!

That was a free dining offer that was only available to Canadians Hoping that our offer will cover the same dates as yours did, but I'm guessing it will be for a smaller window.

To d23cndrela-I see you are from NJ--are you anywhere close to leaving from atlantic city. we were originally going to leave on saturday the 15th of sept. but found if we left on wednesday the 12th we could get found trip airfare for $112. you have to pay for your bags and they do charge for carry ons, but not a personal item such as a back pack, so we are all going to carry back packs as carry ons! just a suggestion! hope this helps!

I have a question.....I notice that so many of you have to call and call before you finally find that you have a pin for some sort of discount. Does this mean that sometimes if you DON'T call, you can have a pin there waiting for you, but you'll never know because they don't always send it out?? It's SO confusing!!!!!

I believe that is true. You will either receive something in the mail or email or you need to call to see if there is a PIN under your name. I asked if I had a PIN when making my reservation but of course I didn't. I guess I will call Disney in a couple of weeks to check again. I'm not comfortable calling them over and over to see if one is now available.

Has 40% off been a discount that has been offered for September before? That would be awesome and way better for us than free dining. I am so new to all this and just trying to figure out what might actually be offered. If we don't get some kind of decent discount, we have to stay off-site. We've looked a lot at WBC and it looks great so if Disney doesn't come through, I am ok with that. Just kind of wanted the whole Disney experience for our first time.

I called last month to see if I had a PIN after reading posts and found out I did! We booked our rooms for September at 30% off. It was funny though because I ended up receiving a post card in the mail about the PIN a few days after I called.

Hi, Thanks for the suggestion but I live about 20 minutes from Liberty International and about 2 hours from Atlantic City, so the convience more than makes up for the price difference, but I am really thankful for your suggestion! Hope you have a great trip.

Everyone is talking about "March 1," but at this point I think that date is more rumor than solid information. What a letdown it would be if March 1 came and went and there were no discounts offered that day!

I hope the rumor is true, and that the discount will be for FD in Sept!
