I'm SO excited for everyone who is leaving Today... or very soon.

18 DAYS for us !!!!!!!!

I ordered a stuffed woody and a stuffed jessie for DD for her birthday from the disneystore.com but the post office was being stupid and rerouted the package for no reason and now they are sending it back to disney. ARGH. I called the disneystore and they said that when it is returned to them they will just refund the money.

PHEW!!!

So today I'm just going to go out to the disneystore and buy them right at the store. I need to get a few other things too... hopefully they have everything I need to get there.

I printed off a green mickey head that says "I DIS DO YOU?" coated it with contact paper and I'm going to attach it to our camel back So if you see us... say HI

Yesterday, we came up with making Eeyore tails to pin on our butts.
(we're a little extra goofy when we are in WDW)

Soooo, when I'm checking out people's butts and get caught, I just say "It's a Dis thing" and all will be well, right? Actually, I'll be leaving for home pretty close to when you arrive, so I guess I won't be checking out female butts. Whew! Glad I figured it out beforehand!

This time tomorrow I'll be in the air on my way to our Happy Place. I'm not taking my laptop and don't have a smart phone, so I'll have a lot of catching up to do when I get back on the 15th! While I'm gone, keep the excitement flowing. This thread is the absolute best!

Michelle, I loves me some Jedi Mickey! Great job as usual! If I don't get back online later (lots and lots to do), have a safe trip down and a magical time with your Mom!

Also I'd be more than willing to return the favor if you know someone who would like a little note from Mickey I can send one out... or even a "we miss you" note for someone who just left the world

I just need to vent.... this week is just full of grrrrrr moments!!! First I get sick... still trying to shake it, but not gonna let it stop me...

For 3 days straight now our internet cable has been shotty and keeps dropping off and has to be reset several times a day... really makes it hard to DIS!!

Work has been a kick in the tush (on top of being sick and not wanting to be there). We are short staffed so instead of 3 people each night it is only 2. The past 2 nights, I have been working with a girl who is a dear friend, but LAZY!!!!! We barely got through with 90% of our work and I did 85% of it!!! She is off the next two nights so won't be working with her again.... but the girl I am working with, works but gets a bit bossy and does her work a little half-baked! Gonna have to work hard not to lose my cool!

Last but certainly not least.... we leave in 2 days... already have this friday and saturday off. But they have not done next weeks schedule... that means my vacation has NOT been approved yet!!! 2 DAYS before I leave and it is not approved!!!! I put in for it back at the end of Feb or beginning of March!!!6 MONTHS!!! I know I will get it off, but won't feel secure until it is approved!!!

Good morning September travelers and happy travels to all of those who are leaving today/tomorrow!

I pulled out all the halloween mickey decorations I bought last year at WDW and began decorating. I figured this way I will know exactly what I "need" Im still waiting for my brothers MNSSHP shirt to be delivered, hoping it comes this week so I can pack it with the rest of the families. When DS goes down for his nap today I am making our final packing list, and a list for all the final things that need to be bought! Can not wait! 16 more sleeps till Disney!!!

We leave Friday Finishing packing today, minus the few last minute things we need to pack fri morning. I am so sick of this rain! I am praying it won't rain all day, everyday we are down there. The forcast doesn't look so good

Oh the bright side, We will be at DISNEY! and I'm offically done cooking till the 19th! Dinner out tonight for my Birthday and pizza tomorrow before we leave (a tradition aka NO DISHES)

I'm officially in the single digits today! We check-in 10 days from today....but we leave in 9 days! BCR here we come! I want to start packing right now. But, then I'll just have to unpack everything when I need it. There has to be something else I can do to keep me occupied. I've made packing lists and worked out a tenative plan for the parks. Wow - gone for half a day and there are tons of posts - not getting excited, are we???

Only 16 days til my vacation starts and 17 til we are at WDW... Mostly packed, most crafts done, lots of stuff bought to decorate - picked up a magnetic Cinderella white board for our door to leave messages/get messages... trying to come up with ideas to pass the time other than wondering if I should have done disney dining with 1 sit down meal each day... so many neat places to eat but with 5 kids in our group (ages 4, 4, 6, 8, & 9) its probably easier to do the quick-service... I can just dream about our trip next year...

Can't wait to hear about everyone's trips as they get back - gets me excited about our own trip... not long now...

Saw you got someone to do this for you, but what a WONDERFUL idea...I would be willing to do this for anyone going later in the month too


Well we got our PhotoPass CD ordered this past weekend and now I am hoping for a little bit of pixie dust.... I am second guessing our ressie at Hollywood and Vine after reading the reviews of it...so I am trying to get a ressie for Tusker House for breakfast next week...wishing I know...but you never know right? It looks like they opened up a ton of reservations or a ton of people are cancelling because there are more on there today than there has been the past few days (for anyone looking for a last minute ressie)...so I will keep trying and if we don't get it we'll put it on our wish list for next time
