So, I was just looking at showtimes for the 25 - 30 and no showtimes for DHS..as in, disney channel rocks, disney junior...etc., please tell me that they post the times that week and that the haven't been cancelled. My DD, 4 1/2, LOVES disney junior and disney channel rocks!
When you get to the park, grab a times guide and it will show you when everything is. I can't imagine they wouldn't have any shows while you're there. There is sometimes a glitch in the calendars that shows nothing going on. I think you'll be fine.
Hi all! We're supposed to leave on our complete surprise WDW trip on Sunday, 9/25 and I'm looking at weather sites and it looks like total rain the entire time?! I'm freaking out a little. we've always been so lucky with weather this time of year. Can this really happen or does anyone think it may rain on/off during the day but still see some sun? We were hoping to do a water park too...hoping it's warm enough!

We've been at that time of September and had very little rain. The thing is, it rains briefly almost every day, but that could be even before you get up. The showers are very scattered. We had only two brief times of rain. It was a bit overcast a couple of days, but no rain. I think you'll be fine. Even if it rains every day, it still does not ruin your trip. We had rain every day when we went in November one year and it never stopped us. Good luck!
My DH has apparently decided he wants to know our plans now. He asked me this morning on the way to church what the name of the hotel was, and what day we were leaving on!

Apparently I should have added another day on, he would have been none the wiser! The girls know how much organizing I've done, but I guess he hasn't gotten a real taste of it yet. I figure he'll get the hint when I whip out my touring plans and ADR printouts!
Ha Ha! This is so familiar. My DH knows I put a lot of time into planning the trip, but he really is clueless about what all it entails. He appreciates that I do all of that b/c he would never want to do any of it himself. He just shows up and has a great time and we're both happy that way. Oh, and for your ADRs, you might want to give a small copy of place, time and confirmation # for your DH to have in his wallet. It has come in handy more than once for us. Have a wonderful trip!
Hello fellow Septemberers! I was recently told that you can't take any kind of beverages or snacks in the parks

Is this true? DD DOES NOT drink pop or plain water. Can we bring her some juice boxes and fruit water and snacks? TIA!
I know L Harper addressed this, but I just wanted to suggest to also bring some of those packets you can add to water. They take up almost no room and are handy if you run out of other drinks. I love that Disney allows you to bring in your own drinks and snacks!
We're leaving today. thanks to everyone on this thread for helping me pass the time. I've really enjoyed reading the posts. I hope everyone has had a great trip. And for those of us who will be heading off soon I hope we all have a great time.
Have a magical trip! I'm so excited for you and for everyone who is on their way, are there now, or are going soon!
Glad you're feeling better. Yay for single digits! It won't be long now.
We leave tomorrow!

At this time tomorrow we will be getting ready to board the plane.
Have a safe trip and a magical Disney stay!!
Three days will fly by. Have a wonderful time and report back to us.
