Oooooo, I want Mickey Mail in the worse way. We arrive on the 14th, so it should come soon.

Me too, I think then it'll feel like the real deal for me. Right now I just feel really burnt out and overworked, so I could use something to pick me up right now.

Ohhhhhh I love it!!!!! That is awesome!!! I am getting so excited. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this sound board and Robin and NOrma to call daily with our thoughts. Not sure how the 3 of us are keeping it quiet cause we are so stinkin giddy with excitement.

I know - i wonder how ours haven't figured it out either - we have a facebook group for those coming with us and everyone is so excited! We r all getting together this Friday night to plan and sj is taking the kids to a local play center saturday so we moms can chat and get creative

Everyone is getting so close! I alternate between feeling elation & super excited and feeling so anxious because I have less than 6 weeks and so much to do!! I don't even have our confirmation numbers written in our Passporter yet!!

DH and I are waffling about trying to do a trip next year or not. It would be tight but I really wouldn't want to spend vacation $ going anywhere else and we have to go somewhere! Family vacations are a priority for us. He hates camping so no where else would be really cheap so why not WDW again right?

I was just telling DM that we should get our Mickey Mail this week... our countdown is now at 32... but that is when we hit the road, the official Disney count is 34!!!

Today, I started drawing the 7 dwarfs... at least I know what to draw for the next week!!!@!

Borkbork - So cute We were thinking of doing the bleach spray shirts with the silhouettes and I was trying to draw a Mary Poppins the other day to use, but after seeing how I did I'll just print a silhouette out

Only two weeks and two days until my kids go back to school but instead of just the usual I can be excited knowing it means we are closer to vacation

That is fantastic! I did two shirts tonight with the freezer paper and have a couple small spots on each where the paper didn't stick down well enough. How in the world are yours so perfect and intricate?! Tips?!

No I haven't! I looked on Amazon briefly. Those dolls look great, I can't decide if the plush doll is creepy or not though. I think it's the eyes!

I've had bleeding before too, it's sometimes due to putting on too much paint at a time, not ironing the freezer paper down smoothly enough, too big of a weave on the fabric (denim/canvas bleeds a lot) or just bad luck. Because this Mary stencil was so tiny and intricate and the letters were so thin and close together, I was sure I'd get some bleeding. The shirt (from Target) is a really smooth, nice shirt so that probably helped. I applied the paint very thinly and lightly in layers allowing them to dry before doing another layer. I'm sorry you got some spots! They're usually not too noticeable once the shirt's on so I hope it didn't ruin your project!

Morning EVERYONE! ok I am getting so excited! Bork --love your designs. Can't wait to get back to sewing here after. LABOR day. I have a few things to make for our vacation. I don't know if I told everyone but we got told we needed a new furnace! So we had an estimate and its expensive. There goes some of my extra adr's. And what I had saved to pay off braces. Man that sucks. I refuse to cancel this vacation though, I told dh that it was non refundable. At this point! Hey a Disney girl has to do what a girl has got to do. :- well off to run errands. So I'm getting torn. We changed from a package to room only in July because the AP rates were awesome. Well I got my mickey monitor yesterday and it had some other savings details and for the same price I owe still on room only at AKL, I can have a Prefered room with dining plan at a moderate...so the gears are turning.
Although I love the idea of CL at Deluxe, I would be saving almost $600.00 not paying OOP for meals and I can use that towards Christmas....
what does a girl do? Help.....
