We are going Sept 14th - the 19th and staying at POP. I am still waiting for my Disney mail, I was wondering if you got yours yet since we will be there at the same time?

I started packing this weekend but we dont leave for 26 more days. DH says I am nuts. what do you all think? when does everyone else start packing?

I am really excited about this trip. Its my first on property and my youngest daughter's 1st trip.

We will be there from the 14th - 20th and should receive our stuff this week according to my TA. Some of my family will be at POP.

Packing - Waaaay to early for that

If you are crazy, I am too! We leave Sept 8 and I've had the suitcases out for a week or so. For me, part of the enjoyment of the trip is preparing! We don't have any kids, and no one visiting our house between now and then, so I figure if I am paying the money for the trip, I could do what I wanted

DH probably wouldn't have noticed had I not asked for a tape measurer to measure one of our suitcases! I told him to resume is Sunday afternoon nap and not worry about it!

I don't have everything packed, but just the stuff that I have bought so far for the trip (toiletries, new clothes, spare tennis shoes, etc.) and I've started preparing our carry-on's.

I am so ready to pack! What I will probably do is start looking through my clothes and picking out what i will take with me. I'm really excited about decorating the window and door of my room this trip! Never did that before. One month , one week to go!!!

I have been packing for 365 days.

Actually, I have what I refer to as a Bag O' Disney. It's one of those HUGE ziplock bags that I put all of our Disney stuff in for storage. So most of my Disney specific clothes are in that bag as well as our Disney ears/hats, spray misters, window decorations, etc...

DH just called to inform me that we received our Disney Mail today. Our trip begins on Sept 13th with a room only stay and the package begins on Sept 14th.

slenderella : I do have 2 DD one is going to university and the other is in last year of Highschool.... so DW and myself are going to enjoy this trip with out the DD's... ... well earned vacation for Adults

Count me in! I will be there Sept. 21-27. I have not been in 3 years so I cannot wait! I'm staying at the AKL, which is where I stayed the last time. i just love it there. The sights and smells are just amazing. The pool is one of the best around. I also like the fact that it is a little bit seperated from the rest of the world. After being at the parks all day it is nice to get away from it all.
