September 2008 2008 ADR Wanted/Trade/Exchange/Cancelled

I have ressies for SCI FI on Mon, Sept. 15 for party of 7 at 8:35 pm. I like to trade with anyone who has an earlier time. I have a 3 year old nephew with me and it will be too late for him to eat. Thanks!!

Is there something wrong with the Wave? I have ressies that same night @ 8:10.. so naturally I'm curious......

I haven't heard anything bad, but my fiance is a picky eater and doesn't really see anything on the menu that he would like to eat. . I think it looks pretty good!

How does it work--when transfering reservations?

I have just called and notified the cast member that I want to transfer my ressie to a different name. I have never had any problems. If you get a CM that says they can't do it, call back because I have done it 5 or 6 times in the past month.

You will need the first/last name of the new folks, phone number for them and if they are on the dining plan.

Okay. Long story short we were a party of 8. 5 of the people can't go now. So we are now a party of 3 and have a bunch of party of 8 ressies. All of our ADR's are booked for 2 tables of 4. So, if there is a party of 4 that needs any of these ressies you could meet us there and you can have one of the tables of 4. I also have 2 party of 6 ressies to completely give away. I have a Hollywood and vine @ 6:30pm that day already - just not the fantasmic package, so I'd be willing to do an exchange. I have a 1 year old and I can't sit in seats waiting for Fantasmic for an hour - if I had the package, we'd have reserved seats and show up right before the show. I'm still looking for chef mickey's. The CSR told me that in her experience you'll find the most cancellations for CM a few days before up to a day before the reservation for Chef Mickeys. I'll still keep calling every day, but thought I'd let you know not to give up!

PS- I just snagged a cancellation for Le Cellier for lunch on the day I was looking for - YEAH!! I still want dinner, so I'll keep trying...
