Thinking Of Going to WDW Next September about the 29th,
But Did the free Dining this Year spoil the Holiday due to being to Busy?

I wouldn't say it was really busy, but you would want to pre plan your meals, the table service restaurants were all completely booked up, if you hadbn't made adr's you wouldn't get in, the crowds were lessthan we've experienced in March but more than we got in November.

plus the dining plan ends the 29th sept doesnt it?

No i think yoo have to arrive by the 29th september

Get ready to call for your ADr's at 180 days out - you've a little time to get planning and choosing restaurants.
I'd thoroughly recommend Le Cellier in Canada Epcot and Chef MIckeys character breakfast at the Contemporary resort.
I'd also avoid Donalds breakfastausaurus
