LOLOL! Hey, it took us over 3 years to get back from last time- although the next trip, I'd REALLY like to plan a secret surprise getaway for me and Hubby! (Honestly- the next trip may be a long way off because the plans are to save up the money and take my family of 5, plus my Mom and Dad and little sisters (4) on a WDW cruise! Sooo... Looking at my budget- that might be in 2034! Gotta lot of planning to do until then! *SNORT*)

You should totally decorate your room and door - that way we know who you are ! Youwill have to look for our room. It will be Halloween themed with lights in the window and everything !

If you want luggage tags or the DIS one - just shoot me a PM. I have offered to do them at my cost for a couple of the girls on another thread I'm on. Easy to just hook to your backpack or purse. Then we could spot ya walking around Pop too !

Hehehehe- it's STORMING outside, raining cats and dogs, just saw DS off to middle school (in his school uniform- first time ever!) and then saw DD off to elementary school (6th grade and 2nd grade, respectively). Little Bubba wanted to know where Yaya went- he's ALMOST 2 (September 15th!!!) and doesn't quite get school yet


ANNNND... We're two weeks away from WDW!!!!! I've been WAITING FOR THIS DAY!!!!!! WOO HOO!

Went and picked up MORE crap for our luggage- shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes for everyone, deodorant (figured it was easier to get new stuff and just pack it then to go and realize we forgot it!).

OOOH- time to go!!!

Your not alone. I am not close to ready and every time I think about getting the packing done I realize I still have over 2 weeks to go. I know if I did pack this far out I would neurotically have to keep rechecking and organizing what I did pack to make sure I didn't forget something so for me it's better to wait.

I figure I will pack the weekend of the 8th and 9th since we don't leave till the 13th.

It is either 9 or 10 days for me as I decide last minute exactly when I am going to leave. If I leave early I get there early and end up scrambling for a room for the night and hate the chances of having to stay off site or paying full price. If I leave late I have to get up at an ungodly hour and drive like an Ozzy Osbourne song to get past Atlanta, way past! I also take the weather into consideration. Decisions, decisions and they are all mine to make and do wrongly!!

I am headed to get the car serviced, go to the funeral home (fellow DISer's mil), drop off clothes of a dear friend who passed away last year at the local San Souci store, go grocery shopping as I have a birthday party to give for DH tomorrow at his bowling alley. I bought him a new bowling ball. Mickey Mouse, of course. I baked the cookies this morning. Not as much as I used to do but far more than I have ever gotten.

Tomorrow is more hectic. Anyone care to tell me how they get it all done? I used to do far more but then I was also far younger.

DisneyAprilFool, I would dearly love some of that thar rain. Have not seen any this summer. We are parched.
