Pooh, if it were not for Keliblue I would not have gotten to see you at all. Thank you Keli!! I watched all the videos over and over and even after knowing what you and the sign looked like I could not see you. I am figuring that if it had been ABC, parent company of Disney you would have gotten much more exposure. I know yet another celebrity!! Thank you for the kind thought but at my age the less attention paid to my birthdays the better.

wic0721, thanks! I got a message from the DIS boards as well. Still waiting for a card from those people I call family who I take care of. As of this year they are only running between 5-7 years behind but who is counting???

I was able, with a bit of creative thinking, to get the piece of furniture up on the bed of the truck and delivered. A kind young man unloaded it all. I let him. At my advanced age I depend on the kindness of strangers.

It is raining. Not much but any is better than none.

It rained today, not just enough to tease but a slow, steady rain of a couple of hours. As a result I saved a couple of hours of hauling buckets of water to all my nearly dead plants. I am grateful!

angwill, thank you for the congrats. At my 'advanced' age I deserve credit. I got the nicest phone call from a Diser friend who is returning from a month, yes - a month, at Disney and The Villages. Lucky gal!! Not sure how she is going to make it until her December trip. My friend was very knowledgeable of how much her husband (and herself) was and is loved. Very special folks. Could not have children of their own but had many in their lives, including myself.

ANTSS2001, if you are going by yourself that should help the packing greatly. If you should 'accidentally' forget anything you can always buy new.

keliblue, does that monkey live in an apple tree? My grandson has been singing a silly song about a happy monkey in an apple tree. Might be one and the same.

Linda... I dont want to disappoint Lydia/SWA agent at PHL if she sees me with just one luggage she always welcome me in the AM so jolly and ask me "did you forget the kitchen sink?" Uh uh... me and SWA agents ( 3 actually of the agents) are on 1st name basis already!

Yep, I called to pay the package off and wanted to add 2 extra days but thought I could only do room only and the CM told me she could add days. The CM was great I was never put on hold and was very helpful.

ANTSS2001, now you are really a dedicated traveler when they know your traveling habits. I exchange Christmas cards with many at the Sports resort as that is our home away from home. The housekeepers fight over who gets us too cause I keep the room so clean and they never allow us to have to switch rooms. Only problem is that when we stay for a long time we run out of room with all the towel animals.

Bonz, I am doing my best to help the economy as I am figuring that since we have had no hurricanes to speak of and they said we were going to have lots we will be due about the time I leave AND with all those terrorist warnings some folks are going to get scared off AND the resort I frequent has its pool down so many will stay elsewhere AND there are repeated reports that you and some others have had to rethink whether they are going to get to go or not that it is all on MY shoulders to do my part. Whew, my fingers got tired writing that ONE sentence. My English teachers would be so proud. 3rd in the state of Ohio at one time, a very long time ago.

Anyway, what makes you think I am NOT trying to move??? Grandkids, that is the reason. Love the rotten things.
