As far as Broadway, I agree with the post about Wicked. Lots of amazing reviews. Also, if you can't decide on either of those, I hear Jersey Boys is really fun, too! There are soooo many great ones out now!

I am NOT a Yankees fan! Being from the south, my teams are the Rangers and the Astros (no matter what stupid moves they make, and no matter how many times I said I was DONE following them....I'm still a fan...)

kmab00 what model of Nikon do you have? I have the D7000 now but all my NYC shots were taken with my D80.

You've done it again! WOW!!!

My older model is a Nikon D40X. Now I shoot with a Nikon D90. I like it a lot but really need to take another photography class...my last one was about 10 years ago and I feel kinda rusty when it comes to the Manual mode.

D90 is a great camera!! You'll get some great cruise pics with that I'm sure!

Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson is a great book. I have it along with his field guide and refer to it from time to time. He explains manual mode really well in the book.

Jumping on board.... just reserved Can't pay yet as they forgot to add my mother (slight technical difficulty). Was itching to go on vacation and decided last minute. It will be my mother and I. She is a DCL newbie. We are going to fly in to the Boston area and casually make our way down. So if anyone has any "must sees" for the trip down let me know.

Hi...we just got back today from a mini vaca in Mystic CT. It's on your way to NYC from Boston. Also, we did a quick trip for 1 evening to Providence RI to see the waterfire. You can google providence waterfire to see if it's taking place while on your way to NYC.

I know its too late for us paid in full folks, but they finally have VGT and OGT available for our cruise and its a lot lower than I paid for a 10A. I guess thats the breaks when you book way in advance.
