Evening everyone!!! Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Been busy working on the house all weekend, every step though is one step closer to be done.

I can't wait till the cruise. I am so ready for a vacation. Sept. here we come.

PIT, let me know how Reno is. We'll be there for a weekend next May for a tournament and it will be our first trip there.

Reno is a nice place, someday when I win the Lottery and buy a Shelby Cobra we will go for Hot August Nights, a street rod rally, we have been there several times for motorcycle club conferences. Don't have to gamble to have a good time.

I'm doing atkins induction until the cruise. I can lose weight very fast I just have zero willpower! After this cruise I'm getting back on atkins pretty hard though. Sick of being a fatty

you don;t have to hit the lottery for the Cobra Scott...you can build your own, and for a decent price really....of course you can go nuts but many have been built in the low $20k range, it all depends on the upgrades you want

NAWH... I also see beef as a salad, OK OK OK... a cow eats grass and other plant material, hence beef is just reprocessed salad, really... same with ice cream, coe eats green stuff and makes milk, so ice cream is really a reporcessed salad....

Okay.. fireworks over... awesome as usual!!

Can't have my shoulder surgery before the trip so I'm bringing the exercise specialist with us. I just can't risk not moving it for 11 days. She used to work with me. Hired her for the cruise. Young (30) and tons of fun. Her name is Melissa and I'll get her on the boards as soon as I can. I meet with her on Tuesday.

Hmmm... I think you could have saved yourself a lot of $$$$... Your shoulder would get a lot of exercise lifting a Bubba Mug!!!! I know mine will... however I don't know about the rest of me.

That'll work. Only 5 weeks to go.
Atkins is not as bad as some claim.
However, like he said, the weight will come back when the carbs do.
But, hey, you worry about that after vacation. I always do.
