Let me see if I can remember the questions:

4) sandals, flats...since I'm 5'12", DH likes it when I'm not 4" taller than him! hence, no heels! Except on formal night!

You've got me by an inch, but I do still wear heels if I feel like it - not an issue as my hubby is 6'8".

... Joe just reminded me that we have friends coming over at 7:30!! Time to speed clean and make myself presentable. Ahhh who cares... I'll just make them some strong drinks and they'll overlook the dust....

What happened to Cheryl?? Cheryl did you go to bed already??? Our mission on the cruise has to be to keep her and Tracy up after 9pm...

I am back now..just catching up on the pages since the snack break. BLT's..yummy. Fresh market had Florida fresh tomatos this week..they taste like they came out of the garden, so nice for a change. Yes, staying up past 9 would be excellent, since I am usually out by 8pm..lol.

I'm BAAACCCCK! Our truck has been fixed. Turns out a speed sensor in the automatic shifter on the truck had to be replaced as well as a thingy that holds the gears in place while we drive. Turns out it was, in the opinion af our sweet mechanic Dale, faulty from the factory. Oh well, Here we are!

Word to the wise: Don't break down in Milwaukee right at the start of IrishFest. There was not a decent hotel to be had. We stayed at the Motel 6. I actually thought they were pretty swanky when we got there and it appeared that they had left a chocolate on the pillow-until it scurried away It wasn't THAT bad but I would never ever stay there again. We rented a car and all they had was a cute little Jeep Liberty that was super fun to drive. We did some sight seeing and I went to my therapy session (the Mayfair Mall) and did a little theraputic exercise involving my mastercard. We had a fantastic lunch today at a local restuarant of filet cabobs YUMMY. We relaxed and saw a movie. All in all, it could've been worse.

And I stayed on my diet Didn't cheat once! Which is a HUGE accomplishment for me since I eat when I'm stressed.

We are on our way to Columbus, OH to pick up a load at 9am that goes to NorCal to get us right back on track!

So what did I miss?

St Lucia has some sort of RUM store right there in the port.... they had a table set up outside with about 20 differnt bottles on it and little cups... you got to pour your own samples.... whoooo hoooo THAT was a good day!

St. Thomas also has a large liquor store near the port, with good prices where you can sample the flavored rum. I bought one of each flavor...

St. Croix does it too - but we won't be going there.

Some of you may not know this but on the last cruise we did .
DCl had a guy and girl out singing at the adult pool Alot !!

was pretty nice ! just soft nothing loud ...

relaxing type buffet music.


also in the dining rooms after you have been thru the standard rotation !
they did some different things in each dining room !!!

LOL, our server, Prudence tried to get Bob to dance with her one night. LOL, he wouldn't budge from his chair. Everyone at the table was rolling on the floor laughing. Reminded me of the night Bob and I were at the adventurers club in pleasure island..lol. He got picked to go up on stage, the lady told him to get down..meaning..dance. When he heard get down..he sat down on the stage. Everyone was dying laughing. He never lived that down..lol.

Our head server had all sorts of cool little suprises for our table on different nights..was lots of fun.

One more hour left. I keep on looking at the boards between patient care activities.... Needless to say, I have easy patients today.

I always know when my daughter has an easy patient day..lol. She calls alot.
Latest call..baby now weighs 2 pounds 10 ounces and they moved her due date up one week because he is growing so quickly. They did another 4D ultrasound thing for her hubby to take to Iraq with him.

Latest call..baby now weighs 2 pounds 10 ounces and they moved her due date up one week because he is growing so quickly. They did another 4D ultrasound thing for her hubby to take to Iraq with him.
