Dan we have started to throw a few things in the suitcases.

Emily, that is War D**N EAGLE . Isn't everyone in Huntsville an Auburn Fan? Just kidding Hope that the house turns out the way you want it to.

Hallway? Try main atrium lobby, right in front of Triton's. That's where we were.

OM goodness - I knew she was very sick - I just to buy pins for her at our events in FL and send them to her. I only charged her what I paid for them. She really appreciated that. Looks like I did a good thing.

Guess I had her mixed up with someone else that does have a DD working with her.

Guess I hadn't heard about it due to the fact that I was very sick around that time and in the hospital for over 2 years very sick myself. Sorry to hear that

Kay: I am so sorry to hear that you were so sick! I can't imagine being in the hospital for that long! I am so glad that you are better now. I bet after all that time you were ready to get up and go finally when you were able!

Actually it seems that way. Alot of our friends are Eagle fans. Can't imagine why? Don't they know that an elephant can stomp on an eagle any day? And here's one I could never figure out: why are they the Auburn Tigers, but they also have the war eagle mascot?

Gonna only be around for maybe 10 minutes... start glancing backwards from here...

AND I was wondering... is anyone renting any cars on any of the islands? IF so - who are you reserved with? Have you confirmed the offices you are renting from are at or near the port?

We've rented before but I sort of have forgotten who we rented from - and wanted to know if anyone had their arrangements "set" yet.

Yeah .... I know... looks like I'd making arrangements WAY IN ADVANCE here... and all I can say is at least it is not the day before we dock that I'm settin' it up. Shoot.l.. I stll have to nab a hotel in Orlando the evening of the 16th. I'll probably do hotwire at the airport as usual. Anyone book hotwire for the pre-cruise stay yet? We land in the morning - and will mostly rest and adjust to the new time zone since we're coming from out west.

My first cruise.....first night on a cruise ship....and I get to stay up all night with a bunch of crazies.....sounds like fun!!!! I can't wait!!!!

Yes, I liked Linda's(Seaulater) description of the night ...So, who is organizing this again...

Here is Linda's (seaulater) description:
Didn't you hear?

You will need to get in line after the Welcome Aboard party down on Route 66. At about 11:45 p.m. the Cruise Director will come out and stamp your hand to verify you are in line. (NO stamp on hand, no voucher received)About midnight, all the CM's (including ship's officers) will come with cameras (both digital and video) taking pictures of 500 people in line in jammies. Around 1 a.m. DCL starts plan of action to deliver food and drinks to those in line. Around 2 a.m. all the bedding from all the staterooms is down Route 66 all the way through the atrium. Around 6 a.m. rolls, juice and coffee are delivered. At 8 a.m. vouchers are handed out to the "lucky" passengers, so then we can go get in another line later on to pick up all our pins!

OK so easily confused tonight. With the pin thing does anyone know how many are being released? Just wondering whether they will be available throughout the cruise or just on the first release day. Also do you need to stay up all night the night before to get one? I have a sleeping disorder and so might not be able to stay up.

Also do you need to stay up all night the night before to get one? I have a sleeping disorder and so might not be able to stay up.

I think it was a limited edition of 1500. I doubt you'll have to stay up all night. I'd just try to get to the shop or wherever the pin is being offered as early as possible. The ship is no where near sold out and how many pin collectors could there possibly be?

Fortunately I'm not exactly an accountant by any leap of the imagination! So - otherwise... congrats on the 14,700th! Too bad I wuz not around to challenge you for the honor! I have a thing ta do tonight so I doubt I'll be around for the big 15! Gotta run now!
