A little late in getting on but have been busy unpacking and doing and more . Where is Weekly when I need him?

Doug and I would like to say how great it was to meet everyone. Of all the cruises we have taken we can honestly say that this was by far the best. Thank you so much to all that helped to make it so and to all that contributed to our fish extender throughout the cruise.

I am sorry that I did not make it to the Dis luncheon to make the announcement for the Fish Extender Contest. Unfortunately we had to change our original Palo Brunch time and it ran into the luncheon.

I would, therefore, like to take a moment and let you all know who the winners were. Before I do, though, I would like to say that I wish we could have given everyone a first place ribbon and if we had it to do over there would have been a couple of more categories. It was very hard for the 5 of us to choose just 3 winners in 2 categories. I hope you know that we did our best.

So, here are the winners...

In the adult category - 1st prize went to First Timers, Alex and Carolyn in stateroom 6574. 2nd prize went to cruzincricketts, Antony and Carole in stateroom 8076. 3rd prize went to clten, Catherine and Sara in stateroom 2066.

In the child category - 1st prize went to Gouodux, Leslie, Shawn, Jenna and Kayla in stateroom 2106. 2nd prize went to airforcemomof2, James, Cathy, Caitlyn and Tristan in stateroom 2629. 3rd prize went to Bluewaves, Linda, Brian and Tyler in stateroom 7535.

Congratulations to the winners as well as to everyone that participated and thank you. When Doug and I first started this project we never expected it to be so well received. Hopefully we will see some of the extenders on future cruises.

.... I'm no "indian giver".... I wuz just foolin' 'round a bit. Besides, I'll get new issues in the mail in a few days no doubt! And on a seperate note... did you get the bag I left on your door the nite before debarkation? That last Secret mickey gift was not available until the last nite of the cruise AS you know... DCL releases signed gifts on the last nite only. The signature initials on the inside were signed by ME! So - this item may actually have some collectible value since it is currently a ONE-OF-A-KIND rare thing on the planet! It U like I'd be happy to contact Christie's auction house if you are ready to part with it to raise cash for your next DCL sailing. I think you might actually get enough in proceeds from auction to pay for ..... your next email postage! Oops... email gets sent FREE. So, I suppose this may suggest the proceeds from such an auction may trail the expections I've otherwise touted. Don't count you chickens before they're hatched!

At any rate, I hope the mags get good use in the bathroom or ??? ... before they reach the "circular" file. Cuz that is where most of these issues reside at our place - the bathroom then the circular file!

Using size 7 letters to say poor old Bob (or Cheryl?) is old is like publishin' a full page ad in the local paper! LOL! OK... I know you were just foolin' 'round... an' it's not fair I edited out that part of your posting above... I'll retract my admonishment graciously if you'll let me....

Can I share a bit of truth? I love kids and I've mentioned to my spouse several times that I am already READY for more kids or even grand kids! Just not with my kids being so small am I going to expect any G-kids for another 20+ years or so ... SO, it's obviously an impossibility for G-kids .... and unlikely we'll add any more kids unless we adopt. But the idea is that I look on little ones as being A-OK... bring 'em on! I'll be happy to baby sit if they're nominally well behaved and good natured!

I imagine some folks must think I'm nuts... and I assure you .... my spouse is convinced that I AM NUTS! Which is probably why she hung 'round me so long and finally married me!

I just wanted to say what a blast it was cruising with you all you Disers......I will never forget all the laughs we had, hanging with Leslie and Elaine on the excursions and more especially at Castaway Cay, thanks Leslie for the pick-me-up to my coke.....making Flubber and doing painting with you all were just some of the best times...Tracey you and I had to deal with the new lady taking the picture away and we could not see to paint....she wasn's fair at all .. Denise, my laundry room buddy, are you going to be a Grandmother...you are way too young for that?? Big hugs to my Jennifer and her Peter....thanks for sharing our last night with us... Tracey and Bill too......we did have fun celebrating Gary's birthday.

Pretty tired now, Tom and I just got in at 10:15pm and I cannot wait to sleep in my own bed. I had the best time with you all and I know Tom did as well.....thanks for welcoming us into your group..

Come over and visit me on the Restaurant Board when you have a second....we can talk about food.....omg, I never want to eat again..
