I just made the mistake of trying on my cruise clothes. Someone must have snuck in and shrunk half of them. (That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.) I'm soooooooo depressed. :guilty:

Ditto for me too! Went shopping last weekend. Bought two new formal dresses, shorts, capri's, tops, etc., etc. But great end of season sales so got some great deals!

YIPPEE!

DH says just an excuse to spend money!

Greetings from St Andrews Drive, Valley Grande Alabama!
We made it home safe! Lots to do, will catch up later!

Okay Guys! Here's my contribution to the cruise. You KNOW I just had to do something before you sailed!
HAVE A GREAT TRIP!!!
Georgie :thumbsup2

To My Crusin' Friends, Old and New

In 4 more days, you’ll be sailing away
Towards adventure and fun, to kick back and just play.

You’ve been chatting for months, maybe even a year.
All your plans are now set, swinging into full gear.

I send you good wishes, and joy across miles.
Keep safe, create memories, and come back with smiles.

Grass skirts, and lanyards, cigars and scotch meetings

Jammies at breakfast and linked dining seatings

New fish extenders with judging contests

When will there ever be times just to rest?

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Star gazing evenings and wine tasting parties

Bubba mug group shots, Yes! Drink up me arties!

Lanyards and scrapbooks and SKYPE calls that ring

These are a few of our favorite things.

:beach: :beach: :beach:

Secret Mickey’s, feel that sea breeze, see the palm trees sway

We’re tired of waiting. Get on with the show.

We wish we were there today!

I'm looking for Kefer drinkable yogurt- their website says they may have it at Target?? If not Wild Oasts will have it. With all of the antibiotics- I can't live without this stuff. Does anyone know if they have it at Target?
Celeste...I have now joined you on antibiotics!! My cold turned into a sinus infection! Hoping the meds kick in soon...as my head is killing me! As for Kefer...I always keep a couple of bottles in the fridge, as it is good stuff! Best of luck on your search and I hope you are feeling better! :grouphug:

OMG...OMG...OMG...OMG!! We sail in a week!! I am definatly the most excited one in my household. The kids don't really know what to expect and my DH isn't one that gets excited...ever. lol I am almost all packed and counting down the days!! :cloud9:

Hi Cathy! I PM'd you a while back, did you get it? Please PM and let me know where to find you on the ship to pick up pins. Thanks!

Hi all - sitting at LAX waiting to board within the next 10 minutes. Arrive at 8:25 checked bags via skycap and were checked in and done completely even with e-ray by 9:00. At 9:08 - had eaten breakfast at good old McDees!

Beware shoes MUST be taken off - so wear easy to take off shoes. No problems there - breezed through with a cheery guard. I'm traveling with 1 digital SLR, video cam, cd walkman, 2 lenses, and various media cards. Seems to be ok.

OHOH - irony of ironies - DH had to pay $25 for overage on suitcase! LOL (wonder if my 2 pumps and 1 pin book had anything to do with it? :teeth: )Anyway, according to attendant, anything from 50-69 #'s is an additional $25. Over 75 # is a $100. You can pay for an extra suitcase for $50. Go figure - had I known I'd of paid for another suitcase - much cheaper that way but at least the boxes will go straight to room! ANyway, about to get excited. Leaving at 10:40 on flight 1828 to Orlando. Wish me luck all - am working on 2 hrs sleep! Definitely need nap :cat: Oh well - had to check in - everyone have a safe flight and take care all - am trying out new wireless contraption - love it :thumbsup2 Now that much less I have to be w/o internet! :rotfl:

Leaving tomorrow morning Celeste.

Okay, thanks for the offer. I'll go scouting when I'm down there. I told Robb, so he is prepared to drive everywhere to find it.

I'm having jealously issues today....I want to be on my vacation- NOW!!! :furious: I'm also displeased because I just found out that I "get" to purchase $900 worth of supplies for my upcoming physical assessment class and I am only buying 2 items. :sad2: But I do get to buy a cool doctor's bag- that will make me feel special. (an not the price of the bag is NOT included in the $900) I have to buy this stuff while we are on the cruise so it is at home when I get at home. I also learned that I have to do my first online test for this class the day after we get off of the ship. I will be sitting at the computers doing hours and hours of watching online films for class....and reading 20 chapters while on board. I thought I was going on vacation :rolleyes1 :lmao:

Laurie- Sorry about your sinus infection. Depending on what they gave you and how you tolerate it, you might want to pick up some acidophilus. Esp. for the ship. Keeps everything in check. Kill the bad, replace the good.

Thanks Celeste! That is another thing I tend to keep in the fridge! After Q was born I really needed it...if you know what I mean! Crazy pain!

Georgie, thanks so much. Wish you were going so that we could meet you. Maybe on another cruise. :thumbsup2

Kay, hope you get to bring you puppie home. You need some good news for a change. :goodvibes

Doug and I will be flying into Orlando early Saturday morning and staying at the Hyatt. We are renting a car and going to WDW for the day and then back to the Hyatt. For all those staying at the Hyatt we will be looking for you on Sunday morning. We will have our lanyards and badges on so should be fairly easy to spot. :wave2:

Pit, so glad that you made it home safely. Can't wait to see you on Saturday. :dance3:

Those of you leaving early as well as later, please have safe and uneventful trips and looking forward to meeting everyone at some point on the cruise. :woohoo:

Carol

Laurie, Lynn has been doing a saline nasal rinse, she did it to help with ear clearing while diving, wonder if that would help????

Bummer Celeste, My Trama bag with an O2 bottle and regulator was a lot less than that, even adding the demand O2 reg for my kit did bring the price up. Hey you do get a KEWL bag. Ya know ya love it.

I just noticed that the MK is open till 9:00 pm, tomorrow, gotta go see the new Pirates, Lynn is doing this  , then there is Wishes :wizard: , Hey she can sleep when we get home... I am getting excited, are we there yet.....

Cheese is coming today Leslie -- Haven't read the PM yet, still downloading. Whoever said that the gif files don't make a difference has never tried to load a page from the ship via sattelite. I'm pulling out my hair because there is a thunderstorm in the area and it took me 5 minutes just to pull up an e-mail list.

Spoke to Daniel today. He sends his regards to all of you crazies! His words, not mine LOL. He said you all should have been on the Magic rather than the Wonder. I told him if the Magic was doing the 11 night, we would have been :goodvibes

All for now!
