Not quite sure why none of us thought about this before, perhaps it was the desire to find them on clearance @ WalMart...but here goes...

I found various on ebay, of course they all want retail + and almost as much for shipping so we'll try to still locate our 3 or 4 locally.

I also found various business promotion places that will customize them for us. I though it might be nice to get together and have some made with the official un-official logo I've seen for the cruise but most only provide them in blue or black, not the favored green everyone seems to want.

Anyway, there ya go, now you have more places to search...

I just checked and Bubba Mugs and Kegs are available in Canada...I'm going to check out Canadian Tire on my way home tomorrow to see these things in person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think we really should take a group picture....how about at the same time as our PJ Breakfast picture!! How could they refuse a picture of all of us in our PJ's on a cruise ship with our Bubba Mugs and Kegs!!!!!

I finally have also captured the elusive Bubba Keg, my precious !!

It took searching two more Wal Marts a little further away, one had zip and the other had them all. Lots of blue one's left too....

I bought extra in case anyone needs one, well at least until my wife gets home and decides what colors she wants to keep. I should have a couple green, maybe one hot pink and possibly also a blue available.

Now I wish I found a black one so I can put Steelers stickers on it, they'd kinda look silly on neon colored kegs.

Any Dolphin or Jaguar fans (or any other teams that would work with those colors) out there in need of Bubba's?

btw, just curious, how is it that the green is associated with Disney? I never really thought there was a color that stood out when it came to Disney but everyone seems to keep talking about the green one's? Is there some hidden story there?

Tracy..I tried to go back to the 14 night thread to see who organized TAG on the Panama Canal cruise but found that Peter had updated his "what's Going On" witht he info for this cruise...

I'm sure that someone remembers that rules....

I can hear the DCL crowd now, here comes the lanyard folks with their Bubba cups. What will they think of next? We have cooled in Minneapolis today and it has rained off and on all day. The flowers are singing songs of joy. The birds, bunnies and the gopher are a lot more active with the cool down. Don't be left out, join the Bubba cup lineup.

I know we had a big DIS GREEN Mickey head and a list on the back that we signed once we had passed it on. The names/stateroom #'s were in the mini-nav of those who wanted to play.

TAG GAME.: If you would like to play, please PM {insert name} your stateroom # and names. If you don't yet have a cabin #, send it as soon as you get it.we will have one (or two) Mickey shaped door magnets that will get passed around the ship. Each person who receives the magnet will sign it, then go "tag" another participant's cabin door! It's a lot of fun. I'm hoping we can get the Mickey to go around to everyone more than once since we have 14 days!

Unfortunately Kara who planned this game isn't on this cruise but I'm sure someone will remember all the rules.

You need one of those Football ones to do the Steeler stickers justice though...... This coming from a hugh Steeler fan and Burgher Native. In fact I only removed my terrible towel from my sig in order to put Bridezilla in there...and believe me... she drives me crazy enough... the towel's going back in!!

Here's the fun part. walked into walmart this evening, which you should never do if you are lost looking for something. Asked the first clerk, "Where can I find the Bubba Mugs"....BLANK EXPRESSION.
On to clerk #2-"Where can I find the Bubba Mugs"....BLANK EXPRESSION.
Finally clerk #5 knows what I am talking about. He takes me to the Bubba Keg Graveyard. Woo Hoo.
Mounds and Stacks of them. Only slightly marked down. Being the cheapo that I am, besides the fact that I had a new Buffett DVD to pay for, I passed on them, hoping for a lower price at a later date.

I got the big one's for $4, the smaller one's were $3.50

The selection process is complete, as I figured, we ended up with one each of the big kegs, and we're keeping the two smaller one's for the car...soooooo....I have the following avail if anyone is interested.

3 - green

not sure how much shipping would be but I'll just ask to cover costs if anyone does want one. PM me if interested.

I can't believe I never thought to buy one of these! I've only seen them about a BILLION times at the Evil Empire. I don't drink a lot of soda but i'm sure I could slip one of my fav alcoholic beverages in.
Does anyone bring bottled beer on board (glass)? I have a new favorite beer only available in bottles and would love to take the "magic" with me if ya know what i mean. My Sam's Club has rolling coolers on sale for $25. Coleman's at that. Gonna have to snag one.
Is anyone else having trouble finding adult pirate costumes? Every online store I come across is sold out of the good ones.

Well Boys and Girls, it's been a long hot day. Not only looking for Bubba Mugs and Buffett DVD's, but just trying to stay cool.
Still, the week has started off better than last. Last week stunk. Seems like a variety of things when wrong. The microwave died, but I was able to resuscitate it. It still hasn't blown up yet...

The Margaritaville Mouse stopped working, but it is back to tracking around.

This week, I can blame everything that goes wrong on the heat. Just one more day and then it cools a bit. Thank God the Tiki Bar was open.

I've seen coolers. Officially, they say no, but they allow them if there's no ice or water dripping onto the x-ray unit.

I do like Wally World, but I also have family that works there, but I like Target too.

They might think we're crazy until they have had to make 50 gazillion trips to the beverage bar for their kids, the wife, nana, etc. There's a thought though, buy out the entire stock and send it ahead to the ship. Then have my son hang out by the beverage bar and sell those mugs all day long. Now maybe we can pay for some of those excursions.....
