Excursion List

Tony (aphoenix) has offered to put the list up on his site so it will be available for all to see closer to our sail date. When sending a PM with your excursion list, please be sure to include the times and also include any non-DCL excursions as well as I will be placing them in a separate column because there may be others booked on the excursion. Please indicate if it is a non-DCL excursion (so I don't kill myself trying to find it on my spreadsheet!!!).

We have an age zero to 14 group and an age 15+ group.

Your two kids are officially entered... and you are also here-by bestowed an honorary vicarious entry (through your kids... and otherwise)! however - generally - ya gotta show up on time to the evnt to hold your space! The number of Mickey Bars has to be ordered in advance - and as a matter of courtesy we will not order more than the number who have voiced committments to RACE! Plus - the Galley is unlikely to give us 100 Mickey bars if I ask for them - so we have an assumed limited number of participants 0 that number has not really been finalized yet - though.

So.... You're "IN"

Back from my toasting time on the DCL Lounger......can't go on a cruise looking like a ghost... especially since I live in FL... everybody expects you to be tan all the time.... We actually don't go out in the sun here in FL...

No no Bob.. it's that I don't RIDE HORSES anymore... The drinking is fine... Also.. is that a challenge on the shrimp??? Maybe we should have a shrimp eating contest.....

Wow I have a lot of catching up to do. We have been painting rooms in our house so I haven't been online much. But I have discovered a GLORIOUS new wine that i might snag for this cruise. ***i Plum Wine, dang it's good. Cheap, too! Hope everyone is doing well, we go back on the road Tuesday to work until the cruise.

I just went back in and noticed this is an email code. Are you a registered user on the disneyshopping site? Maybe if you are not, they aren't letting you use this code. This is totally a guess. When I entered the code and then pressed add I then had to scroll down below where I entered the code and it showed that it was an email exclusive code and was inactive. I then pressed apply and it applied a 25% discount to my purchase. Now I need to go delete this item, don't need any more disney boxes showing up at my house.

Well Carol, this started out as a way to save some money on that cool music stix thingamabob....

then my wife saw me on the disneyshopping site and that quickly turned into fifty million swim suits, sandals, cover-ups.... ughh

but luckily the swim shop is giving $5 off each item so (i guess) this worked out much better....$230 bucks worth of stuff for $130...and no that doesn;t include the music thingamabob, I had to sacrifice somewhere

I can;t complain, getting all this stuff months ago would have been probably at the disney store at regular price, so i guess this is one time when being late to the party was actually a good thing, just like those mugs you all are talkin about.

Yes, that is correct. Carol updated me for the newsletter and I believe the last request will be taken up until at least near the end of August (for those being mailed). May even by September 1.

well that's true, i didn;t know that until I went to pay, not sure how much that would have been or how much you had to spend but yep, every little bit helps. besides, what we saved there will probably get spent elsewhere on excursions or other things...you just can;t win

Did we ever really choose a name for our group?

I know, "11 Days in Paradise" is floating around, but that isn't a name for our group.

"Oceans 11" was also being tossed around early.

If we decide to name our group something, may I suggest:

"Krewe de Once" ( the spanish word for 11 not the begining of Once upon a time). It's a little French,a little Spanish, a little New Orleans Mardis Gras party, all rolled into one.

Hi all

So so excited cause just booked on to the 11 night Sept cruise. Has anyone had a look at the tours and stuff? What are people's suggestions for each place? Been on the 4 night cruise before (in May) but not been to any of the ports we're going to this time so what do people suggesT?
