Just updated our fish extender goodies with the updated list. Thanks to one and all for keeping that up to date.

Our fish extender goodies are all ready to go as well. We have picked out our wines, one white one red for the wine tasting. Now just deciding what alcohol to bring with for the stateroom, lol.

Hope everyone is doing well...we are really looking forward to this cruise. One quick trip to Wisconsin for a family reunion and we will be on our way!

which Costco did you go to. I went to the Sample Rd. one and they didn't have any - so don't waste a trip today or tomorrow there - sure they won't get anymore in this weekend - maybe next week

That's because I bought the last bottles at the Sample Road one... We were going to head down to Davie but the weather got nasty and I hate University Drive on a Saturday!!

Sorry to hear the little one isn't sleeping...I remember those days. Our middle one didn't sleep all night until he was 18 months old. He is now 25..yippee and sleeps all day with no problem, lol (although he does work all night..lol). Enjoy them while they are young!!!

And yeah... I woke up today near 11AM... its' a Saturday and the other daughter woke up "needing her Daddy" at 6AM more or less awakening my spouse anyway ... who came to get me as I had fallen asleep at the keyboard with the younger daughter in my arms... and we did a switch where she took the sleeping younger one while I went over to put the older one back to sleep. I fell asleep right there again and was shaking off the cob-webs through 12 noon or so. So it's 3:10PM and I'm ready to go out now !!!!! It IS a saturday so sleeping in is OK, huh?

And you're right.... they're SOOO CUTE... and fun when it's not the middle of the nite or morning! We DO get tons of love and enjoyment as parents for the kids - and we get tons of everything else too. A real juggling act too!

I'm very confused....they are reporting that the Pirates of the Caribbean dinner is no longer being offered....WHAT?????? Does that mean there is also no more Pirate's Night????? I sure hope this is a misprint because Mom's making me a pirate costume....since Leslie yelled at me in March for being a party pooper!!!!!!

... I'm glad you were "tolerant" of my mischief here. BUT - in my defense your Mom did say it was a DOG? .... right? I was just making the necessary adjustments since someone had evidently altered HER posted picture to make it look like a cat!

Gee - that's funny, MouseSurplus says that it is VERY RARE -- I have four of them in my treasurers from the Panama Canal Cruise.

... I'm glad you were "tolerant" of my mischief here. BUT - in my defense your Mom did say it was a DOG? .... right? I was just making the necessary adjustments since someone had evidently altered HER posted picture to make it look like a cat!

Well... I'll be watching this guys' listing ... and IF he gets TWENTY bucks for his then I'll be bringing extra luggage that's EMPTY... so I can flat pack reams of these things to resell on eBay!!!! LOL!

Ok... maybe NOT.

..... .... what am I waiting for? I should UNDERRCU him and PRESELL these at $10 a pop!?! I'll just make delivery after September and I'll know in advance how many I need and just maybe I'll generate enough profit for room service gratuities tabs while embarked!!!!!

1.) How does one usually decorate their fish extenders? I understand the concept of what they are but how do you decorate them? paper? felt? fabric?

2.) What is a mini-navigator? I have been on the Disney Cruise before and know what a navigator is, I just wanted to know what a mini one was

I can't answer your first question because I haven't started to decorate my fish extender yet....

as to your second question...a mini-navigator is something that Linda (seaulater) makes that has all the disboarders room numbers, a summary of the Dis events on board and other information. It is really cool...she made one for our Repo cruise last May and we referred to it often....

For being fairly new to the DIS you've got one up on me... as I still am wondering WHAT EXACTLY IS A FISH EXTENDER?

And as for the mini-navigator - I must say - what a wonderful idea! I bet you could probably SELL those on this sailing! Not that I'm ready to pay yet....

AND... I'm still wondering why and/or what the pirate names for for. I caught on to the wonderful custom pins - and the grass skirt deal... and I've reading through the newsletters about the various events ... but I've seen nothing on these pirate names yet.

Oh yeah - and the wine from Costco - is this something extraordinary as well? My spouse and I do not drink much liquor - so we are probably out of sync on this in any capacity - but we are still surious. Was this particular vintage highly rated in the wine spectator and then clearanced out of Costco or something like that?

All the info about fish extenders is on post #5. With pictures. No rules that I know of for decorating. Use whatever materials you like. Scott was talking about lasers. Contest info in the June newsletter. Fish extender hangs on fish that is beside your stateroom door.

Could DCL have changed the menu to reflect the new movie and so they had lots of old menus left over? I don't think MouseSuplus would give you the complete story when they are trying to sell off old inventory.
