Just an update; my nephew, Johnnie, passed away today just after 4pm. Please continue the prayers, good thoughts and pixie dust as his family tries to get through the next few days.

It has come to my attention that the newsletter has some issues in IE. It seems like for some reason IE is having trouble interpreting some spaces, tabs (puts one ? for every space) and symbols. It doesn't happen with all of them and I can't see anything obvious. I use Publisher to create the newsletter. Most of the text is either typed in or copied in from a text editor to remove all formating. It looks perfect in Firefox. I don't know why this is happening, but to view it properly, try another browser. (Firefox is free! Go to www.mozilla.com). Sorry about this, but I have no clue how to fix it. If you do, e-mail or PM me and I can try to fix it for the next issue. Thanks!

EDITED TO ADD: I did find that if you change the encoding (under the View menu) to Western European, it looks fine. I will see if I can find out how to change it on the newsletter so you don't have to manually do it (you need to do it for each page right now).

Yeah, this is one of the few times it pays to be on the left coast. Most of the time we have to get up at o'dark:30 to register for events at WDW. This time I get to do everything before I go to bed for the night

Has anyone thought about planning a Palo get together one night? If enough of us book ressies for the same night (staggered times of course, but with a 30-45 minute window) maybe we can sit close enough to be really annoying to everyone else in the restaurant.

Another thought is to plan a brunch. I believe they have a special room for groups?

While looking through back issues of the newsletter, I noticed that Lesley (Tink33) had been planning to give magnetic message boards as her cruise gift. Since she has unfortunately dropped out of the cruise, Harry in Michigan and I would like to pick up where she left off and provide these as our gift.

Also, our friends, Vanessa and Dick, who will be cruising with us will be helping with the cost of providing these gifts.

Vanessa and Dick are not on the roster yet, but I will email Tony with their info as soon as they email me their stateroom number. I have sent them the link to this thread and hope they decide to participate in the planning with us.

We are all busy trying to decide which shore excursions to book now. Some very tough choices!

Our live surround with packing and cleaning, we actually are finding a lot of stuff we did not know we had. Like a really nice full set of silverware. Lynn asked me if I knew we had it, I said, I didn’t and asked her where or when we got it, she had no clue. We are donating some things to Habitat for Humanity.
