On St. Lucia, there is so much I want to do. I was thinking of looking into a private tour that would do all the thinks I want. I want to see waterfalls and rainforests and would like to see the volcano and the cities a bit. There is a great tour I found people talking about at Cruise Critic at www.cosoltours.com (I think). Anyone interested?
I've been over to CruiseCritic too, and I can't decide between Cosol and Herod for a tour. I guess I should contact both to find out if they will have any tours leaving after we arrive at NOON :( Are there any other people who would be intertested in touring? It might be a better bargaining chip if I could say we'd have a full tour for their trouble. Both men are getting rave reviews from their customers, so I feel secure in booking either.

Cosol ~ 5.5 - 6 hr tour for $40pp http://www.cosoltours.com/
Herod ~ 5.5 - 6 hr tour for $50pp http://www.herodstaxi.com/

If anyone would be interested in taking 1 of these tours with me and my hubby, please PM me. I'll be contacting both tour companies late next week to see if an afternoon tour of the island is even possible.

I Bet it will be !!!!

When you make the choice as to what tour you would like to do.
I will add to the List.

the past, when we have had a bunch of folks we had them customise the tour more to our liking. !!
Thre was no problem doing that !

Asked them and they said, hey if you have so many people you can do what you want !

They even supplied a case of Bottled water. :wizard:

Hope all are having a great weekend. We drove to Cheyenne to get an idea of the real estate market and various neighborhoods. I have decided to take the transfer in positions, so we will be leaving the Tetons for the plains of Cheyenne. Our house will be listed June 15. I hope it sells quickly, will make the move easier. I will report in Cheyenne sometime mid July, and Lynn will stay in Jackson till this first week of October. The trick will be to pack up all the stuff accumulated over 28 years, (like WDW park guides from the 1990’s) so as to get the house ready to show/sell. This will be an adventure in house selling and moving for sure. One of the big pluses we are looking forward to is the cheaper air fare from Denver to Florida. So, no more one year till retirement, it will be five more, but heck who can afford health insurance anyway. Another plus will be more $$ in pension and in the 457 plan. Plus the skills I will learn, will give me a great base for a consulting job in retirement. I guess I gotta justify this decision; Lynn is jazzed as she can get a part time job and not have to work graves. Besides there is this Tiki Bar set up for sale in Sam’s Club, will have to score that puppy and then “The Tiki Bar is OPEN!!!!!”. Actually this move is just to consolidate the DIS folks in Wyoming to one city. LOL

We just have booked the Disney 11 night Southern Caribbean too. I'll be traveling with my parents for their 36th anniversary. It's going to be my 4th Disney Cruise, but the first on the Disney Wonder.

Right now I'm really looking forward to cruise again and really counting down the days :) :)

KEWL to have ya aboard, it will be a lovely cruise.

Five more years! Hey, now we can retire at the same time.
Now, when we make that return trip to Yellowstone/Tetons, we will have to stop in Cheyene on the way.

Saw (heard) JB yesterday too. Is it me or is he getting old? :rotfl2: ....
Yes, the unfortuante fact of life is, he is getting old(er). He mentions at the concerts that he gets up when he used to go to bed. But then he may be growing older, but not up. :lmao:
Do you remember when..

Retirement will come soon enough Scott. The only big thing I gained from retirement last year is 20 pounds! Seriously, the best of luck to you and Lynn on your relocation.

Figment welcome! From one newbie to another!

O.K. let's start planning the 2011 retirement cruise. :cool1:

Hoot? Was only here one week and I could not find the time. Got a feeling it will be on DVD soon.
The soundtrack, IMHO, was just so so. Did not buy it, but would like to download "Floridays". The new version is good. Probably make the 2006 cruise cd.
"Werewolves" had me wincing and "Good Guys" was not what I thought it would be.

Now, Scott, did I hear on the news correctly....you had SNOW today? And tomorrow? I'll send some of our 80°+ to you.
BTW, if you don't want to ship the map all the way east, there's always a home for it in the midwest. :teeth:

SNOW, well I don’t know but it would not surprise me. We are in Cheyenne and getting ready to head home with a few ideas as to where we might want to get a house at. Kinda chilly here this morn.

A 2011 retirement cruise it is. I guess Lynn gets to call this cruise her retirement cruise.

I think it is kewl we are still getting new folks.

RE Dive Quest, 12 have expressed interest and a check to us will secure their space. We have received a few checks so will will wait a bit and confirm with folks. We will keep a standby list if others are interested should an opening develope.

While I'm travelling as a single together with my parents I'm wondering if there is any place at this forum where I can meet other singles or people to join active excursions and other fun stuff together???
My parents love to join me, but due to medical reasons they're not able to infortunately.

Welkom Figment72!
(did I do that right? :) )

Good Evening Everyone :wave2:
Hope that you'all had a great three day weekend. (Ooops, sorry Elaine :) )

It was a little warm, but at least it wasn't raining.
Didn't really do much. Just stayed close to home.
A little shopping. Lee looked at the Crocs. Is there any place that discounts those puppies? :confused3

Have a great week. :thumbsup2
