I think we are a rather good example, well of the people our parents warned us about....

Were you supposed to be a jesuit preist or a naval acadamy grad? :lmao:

Ain't it funny how it all worked out?

Thanks Carol. The postage went out in the mail today also. I'll let you know when the extender arrives.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but so far I think we have approximately

88 Cabins

Beth (BethE) and Vickie (minniemouse71), just wanted to let you know that your extenders are going in the mail today so you should have them by the end of the week.

Thanks so much!! I am really looking forward to decorating it. I think I will see if my grandchildren will help me, they have been on two Disney cruises with us, but with school they will have to miss this one. I thought that by letting them help decorate it, they could be a part of it. Our lime green logo shirts came in today. Is there any room left in your grass skirt club?? I've got Dan talked into wearing one if there's still room. :lmao: Mike, good luck with your surgery tomorrow. I will keep you in my prayers. I have been looking at excursions, has anyone taken the Railway tour in St. Kitts? I am going to give the little green smiley thing another try...wish me luck.

Even more amazing was to see Bob and Bob hanging upside down, doing shots at the Gigglin Marlin, lol.

Hope you all have a great weekend!

Hence, the reason the Marlin is Gigglin....

Always, room, never will one be excluded. This is turning into a movement, KEWL!!!

minniemouse71,

We're going to do the railway in St Kitts too. Since DH is a locomotive engineer I didn't want him to miss the feel of the old rail! :teeth:

The grass skirt fraternity will probably go down in DCL history!

OK the week is coming to an end and my little mind is working over time and I had a thought.

Would people be interested in a Grass Skirt Fraternity t-Shirt??? This from the guy who just packed enough t-shirts away to out fit a small army.

Something kinda classy and kewl. Something that would be reminiscent of the Fairmont Hotel Tonga Room, the Pam Am Clipper, exotic ports of call, palm trees, beaches, etc etc etc.

I have an idea for a simple design, and would most likely do the café press thing, profits to a kewl charity.

Whatca’ Think?

If you do this please let me know the info so I can get one for Joe.

Looks like I have a project... Lynn will like that as it will help me Quietly Make Noise while she sleeps.

Past members will be notified of this venture for sure. I wonder if the Elks or Moose lodges started this way? Maybe I better get this idea copywrited.

Ken I may be asking your help with graphics.

Scott,

The idea is great. :cool1: The only thing my DH will need to actually want to buy is a shirt with a pocket. So if cafe press would have shirts with pockets that would be great or if we could get the design to put on a shirt with a pocket that would be great too. :) This grass skirt fraternity is going to be something DCL will talk about for years.

I've been meaning to tell those that don't swim not to hesitate doing some of the water and snorkeling excursions. :Pinkbounc I am not a very good swimmer but love to go snorkeling. :teeth: You are given a life jacket (not like the ones on the ship) that keeps you just bouyant enough to feel safe but not enough that you can't enjoy the snorkeling. So, unless you are afraid of the water, don't hesitate about trying out the water activities.

We are doing the train in St. Kitts, also. It has gotten some pretty good revues in the little bit of research I have done. :thumbsup2
