Well, it's not like I'll NEVER have chocolate again. And, unlike fried chicken or pizza I tend to have better portion control with chocloate. I can also rationalize that dark chocolate is medicinal! As wall as the glass of Rosa Regale I would drink with it!

I have absolutely not control over chocolate!!! None whatsoever.

Dark chocolate is the best for you - 70% cocoa solids minimum. Cadbury's I bet has only a few cocoa solids!!! Still my favourite though.

I'm thinking Rosa Regalw would taste better with dark chocolate.

Just checked. Cadbury's milk chocolate had 20% cocoa solids! Not good for us then.

So, one of my errands today was to the watch repair shop to have some batteries put into a couple of watches...and what did I do? I bought a new Mickey Mouse watch! It's very cool and was only $30, so its part of my birthday present to myself. The band is Mickey heads, alternating gold and a pewter/silver color. Watch face is a pale brushed pewter with gold Mickey, dots for the numbers and the hands. Oh, and between each link is a small round rhinestone. It was a choice between that one and a Tink one with a lime green band.

Had a lovely lunch with Peg too!

NOW, I want a nap.

It does... otherwise it's a bit too sweet for my tastes... will have to sneak over to France next time and see if they have any nice dry champagne for me...

Well, Jackie and I did walk 1 hour inside the mall yesterday!!! I had to drag her there, but she did it. (ok, slight drama - no kicking and screaming).

BUT - we did have a lovely lunch until I HAD to try the lemonchello dessert at Cheesecake factory. BY THE WAY...THE BEST!!! Yes, it was. YUM. And I DID hear Jackie say "better than any chocolate dessert". So true.

Anyway, I wish I were cruising instead of paying bills... HAPPY SUNDAY TO ALL!

Hi Marilyn! Do you have snow today up there? I hear it's snowing in a lot of places in the North today. Its been really sunny here but we've not got a horrible hail storm. (I sound like a weather girl) Don't get too cold!

It is a beautiful day here, but freezing. It felt like snow.

I think it is the south Midlands whio are getting snow.

Good Morning Angel, Emily and Marilyn.

It feels like snow in the air. It's dark and cold and damp outside. I'm waiting for something to fall from the sky. I want to go turn my heat up, but my kittie, Ella, is sleeping under the blanket that I have over my lap as I sit and type. I don't want to get up because I'll disturb her, but it's way too cold now. I need the heat up. The blanket is not enough anymore.
