Snow is getting to be a rarity around here. Maybe a dusting once a year, but more than that is a fluke. Cold without snow is just pointless. Put me on a beach somewhere.

For all the Champagne Girls out there.....I was just pink tiara surfing and came up with a few. Let's see which one you all like best.


We can always order the same ones that we had last time. They were very nice for a good price. Here's a refresher of what they look like.

Or try some other types.

Or go for something with a little pink fuzzy fake fur. I like some of these and would tend to go for this type first. Naturally, in the pink color!!!

I think this one looks like our last one but it has the pink fur. I think this would be my first choice.

Deb, Ella is a cat! She will soon get warm and cosy again. It will take you longer.

YES she is a cat. Isn't that funny how we put pets before ourselves!?! People are strange. I still didn't get up yet. My nose is cold. But Ella is as warm as toast and so happy and cozy and cute.

I know, she's a cat!

YEAHHHHHHH That's 2 vs. nothing else yet. They are available and they are a good price too. I will pick them up like I did the last time. I'll order 50 which is what I got last time. We had a large group and there were some leftover. I can always hand out the leftovers to the little girls again. So I should probably order 50 again.

I forget that Alabama is a long state north to south. I keep thinking that it's on the gulf so it's hot.....well a little bit of it is. I forget how far north it is. I imagine that it does get cold then.

We're in a valley too, so that makes it even worse.

Well after a long period of time, I did get up because I had to run to the bathroom. Then I put the heat up and had some lunch. So I disturbed her and she ran around the house and the dog, Angel, chased her. Now that I have settled down again, Ella is by my side all curled up on the couch sleeping. I don't have the blanket on so she can't curl up on it or under it. The dog Angel is laying on the floor in front of me rolling around on her back and looking silly.

I love having my pets to keep me company everyday. We are so very alike Angel....we're having the same weather today too.

How ARE YOU??? Yesterday was your medical procedure. How do you feel??? Did it go well???? I did think of you yesterday during the day. I hope all is good now.

Thanks Deb, it was uncomfortable and horrid but its done now and they didn't find any abnormalities which is good of course, but means I now have to have more tests I have to wait another week for some other results to come back so til then I guess...


Anyway, just spoken to Becky, who has a nasty cold, is still trying to sort out her phone after dropping it down the loo....and has just had a major row with her boyfriend.... It's hard only being able to cyber hug!


I need cheering up I think!

Chocolate covered strawberries with champagne while taking a bubble bath. It sounds good to me.

I'm glad there were no problems but something needs to be found so that it can get fixed. Let's hope it's minor and they find it soon.

That is SO funny! I assume they mean the bowl was sawn off, NOT his arm!!!!! Will let Becky know so she doesn't try this on a train! Thanks for that laugh!

I went back to the gym today (such a good girl) and had a fab swim. I was the only one in the adult pool so I pretended I was swimming at Castaway Cay....*sigh* I wish!

I'm still holding two reservations for 2010 (Baltic and WBTA). Baltic will most likely be switched to another cruise line if we can get a much more attractive rate. And we WILL be sharing that information with everyone in an attempt to have a DIS meet on RCL (or whoever). A campaign was launched to sway Monica from Baltic to EBTA, but she's not going for it...the Baltic ports are her heart's desire. Peg is now booked on the WBTA. I may have some hard decisions to make, but will wait till after THIS cruise before making them. I'm sure $$ will be the deciding factor.

YIKES....time to hit the shower.
