I really enjoyed the Southern Caribbean, but I'd also like to see something different. I know airfare to Europe won't be cheap, maybe it will go down some, not much but some in the next year and a half.

Oh well, I'm still excited about tomorrow due to curiosity, and the rest we'll just have to wait until after that to find out for certain.

I'm very curious too Emily and tomorrow's the day we'll all find out. Can't wait!

Though I live in fear that if I don't book the same cruise, Jackie will send her sister Dianne over to beat me up.

:sad2: Would never happen. Well, I may want it to, but Dianne is a lover, not a fighter! :scratchin Though I used to know a guy in Chicago named Dominic, who broke legs for a living...........

....we're just about three hours away from knowing something.

.

How is your sister that you live near now? Does she have any kids?

She's fine thanks Deb. She has 3 teenagers, so I have 2 nieces and a nephew. Jessica is 18, Elliott 15 and Isobelle is 13. I've spent a lovely afternoon with Isobelle shopping today as her school was closed for the day. It's so nice to be able to see more of them....especially when I miss Becky.

It is nice to spend lots of time on my own with Mark though without feeling guilty! We're still almost newly weds really! :thumbsup2 :rolleyes1

Sitting here waiting for the big announcement from DCL ......:rolleyes1

Deb, did you say you'd been to Tortola? Any tips? I have no idea really about what we'll do there....:dance3:

so what do you think on the news of 2010? I'm not that fussed to be honest....although the Western Transatlantic sounds pretty good :)

I'm thrilled, I'm crossing my fingers that we'll be on that first Northern Europe cruise.

Just been wading through the info regarding the new cruises for 2010 and I'm sooo undecided! It'll be fab to have the Magic in Dover for a while - just along the M2 for me so will have to pop down and see her... BUT which cruise to do, that is the question....? :confused3

Oh that's so nice. I'm sure they love having you close by too.

Just give it a little more time to get used to and you and Mark will be happy that you're alone while still being newlyweds.

Nothing on the new list that I'm going to do. I'll be happy to do this cruise B2B with the Western.

I have not been to Tortola, but I have looked at the excursions and I don't know what we'll end up doing.

Angel, if you make it on this trip, we must sit together at dinner. We can have champagne every night!!!:yay: :yay: :yay:

Of course, we will be sitting near and among many other DISers who have now become family, like Ian and Sukie and Jackie and Monica and Cheri and so many others that were on the PC cruise that are doing this trip as well. We'll have a blast!

The transatlantic price is very good. But they said that it's a rough ride. I would wait until the new ships come out before I do that one on the Magic or the Wonder.

The August crossing was smooth as glass, but that could have just been luck.:lmao: It was an amazing cruise and might be worth considering at those prices. It's the only bargain.

I was excited till I saw the prices, now I'm pretty bummed. It looks like we might not be doing the Baltic after all. :sad1:

Deb, I was going to suggest we could be table buddies too!:cool1:

thats a shame Emily. :sad2:
We were hoping the transatlantic might sail from UK as it would mean no flight and more luggage for us!:thumbsup2

Yep, the WB TA looked pretty darn good. Like that you spent a few days in the Caribbean at the end. Crossing the Atlantic in the middle of hurrican season feels pretty risky.

I haven't looked at any of the rates, and am bumed they didn't say anything about the holidays....would still love a 10 day Christmas cruise!

....back to work....

Bit of advice, don't look at the rates, you'll go into sticker shock.:lmao: Laughing, but serious. The only good deal is the TA's starting at $999 a person and someone said something about $99 for the 3rd and 4th passenger, not sure about that one though.

Not yet, we're working on it......I'm also working on my parents. We'll see what happens!
PM on the way. :thumbsup2

Ok.. what is it going to take to convince Matt & Sarah... didn't they have a good time this cruise???

Jackie... I'll send MY sister... :scared:

We-ell, after talking it every which way, we've made a decision!:woohoo: Soooo it's gonna be either the first Baltic or the last Med then DH and I can take a little adult time to see the sights and enjoy the Magic! :goodvibes Just gotta keep those fingers crossed... :cool2:

Oh, they had a GREAT time. But I don't think their wallets did ;)

I am drooling over the eastbound positioning. One of my dear friends went last time and I was so jealous. They were crossing the ocean and I was stuck at home taking care of their hedgehog :sad2:

Not this time!!!!!

Of course, I have no idea how we are going to pay for three cruises over the next two years. Details. We'll worry about them later, right? ;)

Just got off the Magic on Saturday and had a GREAT time!! :woohoo: The 2nd Castaway stop was overcast and choppy waters but still enjoyed the beach..

Slight Change to "This" cruise.. While onboard, we changed rooms to 6536 instead of 6082 because we now have another couple and their kids coming.. Sooo we connect to their room.. The kids are already counting down the days ;)
