My dh says he ready for it to be here so he doesn't have to listen to my count down constantly and exactly what we have to do on the cruise. He's excited but not nearly as excited as I am.
Well, good thing you have all of us to be jsut as excited as you are!

Good morning, all! Here's something to get everyone excited.....6 weeks from now, we'll all be getting our final things packed! Some of us will already be in Florida! Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am still trying to get some information about the new StingRay Swim area at Castaway cay. Have you all heard about this? Disney is opening an aea on Castaway that is similar to StingRay City in Grad Cayman. But the only info I saw, said that it's scheduled to ope "in the fall". Well, if September 16th "fall" enough?????? I hope so!
Also, I got someone who's on the Magic now to mail me her personal navigators when they get back. Now, they are going to be for teh West Coast cruise obviously so the ports and stuff won't matter to us, but it will at least tell me what movies are playing onboard, etc. If I find out anything cool, I'll let you know.

Jenn, I'm glad to see someone as nutso about this trip as myself. I've been driving my wife crazy every day with new cruise stuff I've read about on these boards. The info & ideas have been invaluable and it's good to know that we'll be boarding feeling like we're veteran cruisers. Went out and bought Print Shop this week and have started messing around with different sign ideas too. Have already changed our original flight plans and have decided to fly down the day before and rent a car instead of the DCL transfers. Been planning this vacation for so long I want to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Can't wait to see that beautiful ship as we approach the port on Saturday morning! :hyper:

Hey did you all see that someone that is scheduled for the week before us got there cruise docs, oh my gosh, almost brought me to tears, I am so excited.

there goes that song again!!!

come on everybody sing along
I'm so excited and I just can hide it.....

GASP!!!!! Driving over that bridge as you approach the ship and suddenly seeing the smoke stacks at you reach the top!!!! It's my favorite sight!!!

Can you all believe it, we will all be getting ready to board the ship in 42 days or 6 weeks? :cool1:

I have got to start making a list and making sure I have everything I need.
Everyone have a great day.

I know!!!! 6 weeks souds like a long time, but it'll go by soooo fast! Looks like there's not much time left to drop some pounds before we eat like crazy! :o) I've lost some already getting ready for the wedding, but I still have a long way to! :o) That's ok, though. I'm comfortable I my skin and that's the lesson of the day, boys and girls! :o)

Hi All,

Just posting to say "Hi". My wife and I are coming on our second Disney cruise with our 4 y/o son and (then-to-be-) 3 m/o daughter. After not having a vacation for over a year (avoided travel during pregnancy), we are ready for a much-needed break. What better place to go w/ 2 little ones than Disney, and on the cruise ship we are always 2 min from our room for diaper changes and/or private feedings.

Anybody else have a kid going to the 3-5 y/o Oceaneers Club?
Anybody else w/ an infant?

Thanks,

-A

Personal Info:
from Boston, MA area
cruised w/ Disney when son was 18 m/o, 4d cruise (back for more)
staying in Cat 10 inside room on 2nd floor

Hi --- We are traveling with our 4 year old daughter. Our neice is also traveling with us, and she'll be "almost" 4. And we have a son who will be 8.5 months old. So we'll maybe see you at Oceaners and Flounders. :-)

40 days to go!!!! SOOOOO happy!!!!!!!!!! And, just six weeks from today, we will be waking up to enjoy a day at sea!!!! See you all at the Rainforest!

Holy cow - I've missed like a month on this thread and I'm not real sure how! Forty days - can you believe it??? We're cheating, too, and saying we only have 37 days left because we're starting our drive Wednesday evening. I was standing in my closet last night thinking that there are probably some things that I could go ahead and pack! Problem is we have a house guest for the next couple of weeks so there's no place for me to pull out the luggage. I bought some straw beach mats the other day for 66 cents (Party City). We bought these for the beach last year for $2 and it was the best $2 we spent the whole trip. I also got a couple of sets of the Motorola talkabouts for $10 from Big Lots. I can't wait to play with these!

Booked this cruise in May '04 and now it's right around the corner.

Forty days, can't wait! :hyper:

I'm so excited. I've already started lists of things we need to bring. I'm so ready to get on that boat. It's been a long year waiting for this cruise.

My excitment is killing me!!! I can't wait hurry up and get here Sept. 10th!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Hi! I also have a kid going to the Oceaneers Club. I have a 3 year old son. At least I'm hoping he'll go there. Last time, I couldn't get him to stay.

4Smilee: I'm glad you also have 2 little travelers with you! My son (3 years old) will also be in Oceaneers Club (hopefully).

I sure am hoping that my daughter will want to stay for at least a while. Hopefully having her cousin with her will help.

See you there!
