Congratulations !!! to Dale on the weight loss!!!!
(it is very unfair how men just lose weight and we fight with it) I woke up this morning and decided I need to lose 40#'s...first I need to decide how I'm going to go about it. My first priority is to get off of this computer and out of the house!!! I think I'm going to go and buy some salad and chicken fixings and stay away from what I cook for the family for a week or two and than start major portion control (and very little carbs)!!! I need to do something!!! never been this big in my life!!!

Have a great week!!
P.S. Ashton & I were getting hooked on Farmtown also but I am just not getting the hang of it...it is taking me forever to develop my farm and as I said I need to get off the computer soooo much!!!

Thanks, Connie. It is very unfair how men can drop weight so easy. Dale has cut back, but I have cut OUT foods and he drops weight :sad2:. I am glad he has though I just hope he sticks with it. It really is hard to lose weight when you have to cook for a family, most men don't want salad and baked chicken all that often. I count my calories and I am very strict on myself, but once in a while I do cheat. Every other Saturday we go over the Pensacola and we both love Mexican food, so we eat at a little Mexican place.

In Farmtown you make more money by working for someone else. Go to the market place and climb up on the barrels and ask for work!!!

party: 1 month and 3 days until your anniversary wdw trip party:
:yay: :dancer: :dancer: :yay:

:banana::dance3::yay: I am getting so excited. I can't wait :cheer2:.

Girl you are the one that is coming up quick. It really is a good thing when a Disney trip is fast approaching :thumbsup2. Are you packed yet? I think I will get the suitcases out next week. I can start with things I know I won't be wearing. Hope you had a good day at work !!!

:lmao:

I am addicted to that darn game. I wonder what kind of mind control program they are running :rotfl2:.

I have often said those words about WDW.

I know Ginny, isn't it sad :sad1:. I spoke to a friend yesterday, we haven't taked in a couple of months, but I was telling her about our up coming Disney trip, any time I get someone to listen I yada yada all about it :lmao:. Anyway, after I told her it was going to be our third trip this year she said "Don't you ever get tired of going there?" :sad2::scared1::eek:. I almost told her our friendship was OVER, but thinking better about it and trying to show compassion for someone not on the right side of the Mouse, I forgave her and told her "No we never get tired of going to Disney, it is the greatest place on earth" :thumbsup2:cheer2:. It IS mind control, you ever wonder what is in that pixie dust? pixiedust:

In 2000, we went to Disney three times. This was back in the days when we stayed offsite (I know...what were we thinking.) and could get a room in Kissimmee really cheap. If I could have worked a fourth trip in that year, I would have.

Every time somebody asks "why do you go to Disney every year" or "don't you get tired of going to Disney" or "haven't you seen everything at Disney already", I just blow them off. I tell them: Yes I am going to Disney. I will never get tired of going to Disney. And, no I haven't seen it all yet."

Back in 1998, when I was planning our first trip to Disney, I didn't know that we'd fall so in love with Walt Disney World. There is, truly, something magical about the place. We have so much fun making family memories and spending quality time with each other.

As far as I am concerned any Disney naysayers can just shove their questions right up their.......oops, I am not being very Disneylike am I?:rotfl:

Anyway, you get my drift.

I remember my first trip in 1986. I was ready to go back again as soon as I got home, but a divorce, a second marriage, two kids, college and then another kid kept me away for 13 years. Now, I am just starting to catch up :lovestruc.

I really can't think of anywhere else I want to go. And since so many people are falling off cruise ships I don't think I want to get on one :scared1:.

Those were almost fightin words for sure. I think there is something in that pixie dust but all I say is "give me more"

All I can say is keep on sprinkling. Right now I need all the pixie dust I can get .

Hey Connie, I am just too stuck on Farm Town it is so much fun though.

Dale had a doctors appointment today and Dr. Ledet gave Dale all the results of his sleep study and glucose tolerance test. During the three nap sessions Dale fell asleep on an average of 2.3 minutes :sad2:. Dr. Ledet said that is almost unheard of :scared1:. Dale's response to me, "Well they told me to go to sleep" :sad2:. I said "yeah, but I don't think too many people can go to sleep ON COMMAND." At one of the naps he fell asleep in less than 60 seconds. Dr. Ledet again reinforced the need for him to use his c-pap and told him with his results he wasn't worried about him developing high blood pressure, because he(Dale) would be dead from a car wreck before that happened. I told him I wouldn't ride in the car with him nor could the kids if he didn't start using the c-pap :sad2::sad1:. The doctor wanted to hold off on giving him any meds for the metabolic syndrome until he goes back in 6 weeks, he wants to see if the diet changes AND consistent use of the c-pap would make a difference. He told Dale if he takes the c-pap off in the middle of the night to not worry about it just be persistent with putting it on when he goes to bed and he will get use to it.

Then when we get home his IDIOT of a brother calls and just reinforces DALE, I swear idiot must be a dominant trait encoded in their DNA. I just pray it didn't pass on to my boys :scared1::eek::sad2::sad1:.

Sorry for the rant and vent :headache:.

I almost forgot. I got MOUSE MAIL TODAY!!!. I also got the $25 gift card from Disney for doing the survey back on our July trip. That will come in handy for the F & W festival along with our snack credits. Dale has been drinking some wine since I have been trying to get him to modify his diet and it will be fun to taste test some of the different wines.

I bought a few new pieces of clothing this past weekend. I bought 2 shirts at Ross and Old Navy had their tees for $3.00 and I got one white and one light blue. Then Amanda and I went to Kohl's and I found a really cute shirt and skort on clearance. So total for 5 shirts and a skort was like $41.00 plus some change. I think I am going to pull the suitcases out tomorrow and start packing some of the stuff we don't need right now.

We leave in exactly ONE MONTH!!!!:yay::woohoo::banana::cheer2:

YAAAAY!!! ONE MONTH!!! Yep, time to start packing LOL I'm in the teens as of today...think I'm just gonna quit my ptr, I'm talking to myself over there, don't like talking to myself! :) Still nothing from ma, called her, emailed her, why oh why is she ignoring me NOW???? UG!! She's communicating with my sister....but not me??????

How exciting MICKEY MAIL. So love it. You should be getting more really quickly now.

I still throw my mask off sometimes in the night but when Don gets up at 4 I wake up enough to put it back on. I know I feel way better when I can keep it on the whole night. Men are so very stubborn and hear what they want (I thinkk women are too sometimes). They just find it hard to be open about new ideas.

:yay: ONE MONTH, AWAY!!! :yay:

Mickey Mail!!! how exciting party:

it's almost here!!!! I tell Danny all the time he is going to die or worse kill someone when he falls asleep driving. He stops and buys an extra large icee on his way home everyday. which is helping to reinforce his extra large belly:rotfl2: In may on the ride to WDW he kept dosing and decided to put on dark glasses so I could not see his eyes. Needless to say I sat there slapping his arm and talking VERY VERY loudly about nothing; unitl he agreed to let me drive.

have A great day!

sooo jealous!!! I didn't get my mouse mail yet!!!! lol
You should be getting it very soon. It was just what I needed after the week I have had. We are almost under 30 days :woohoo:.

Don't you dare stop . I want to know all about your trip with your sister. Let me know if you want to meet up on the 2nd. It would be fun :thumbsup2.

He actually used it last night :cool1::worship:. He did sleep in the recliner though :sad2:. He said it made it easier to sleep because he didn't feel the urge to turn over so he actually slept with it on for 4 hours :woohoo:. I told him "baby steps dear, baby steps". If we can get him use to wearing it then he can move back to the bed. Dr Ledet explained to Dale that after wearing it for a while the pressure will cause the obstruction to stay open when he sleeps even if he isn't using the machine. He said for a couple of nights the passage would stay open, but then it would go back to being obstructed. SOOOOO if that is true, once Dale is using it a while, he can sleep without it a night or two a week. He also changed Dales sleeping pill to plain Ambien instead of the Ambien CR. I have my fingers crossed, and my toes, legs, arms and eyes :lmao::rotfl2:.

New ideas? That is a nasty concept for Dale, he doesn't even like to watch a movie made after 1993 :lmao:.

:woohoo: I love Mickey mail. I now officially have 9 luggage tags :rotfl2:. I can't believe it is almost here.

Dale scares the living daylights out of me. I was already scared to ride with him now I am TERRIFIED. He has fallen asleep sitting at a red light before :scared1:. I don't like to drive on the Interstate, but if Dale doesn't wear his c-pap I will be doing the driving on this trip. I have to say he really was good last night. I think me telling him none of us were going to ride with him again and that I was going to call his boss and tell him what the doctor said may have pushed it some too. I don't care what I have to say as long as it works :scared1:. Danny probably has the same diagnosis as Dale.

I caught the same Old Navy sale last weekend! They had their plain tees for $3.00 and their long sleeve tees for just $5.00. Of course, I had to buy some of both.

Doesn't it make you feel all tingly inside when you get your Mickey mail!

I didn't see any long sleeve tees, but then again I didn't look :confused3.

It does make me feel good :thumbsup2. It makes me wanna .

I need some advice. Dallas' birthday is next week and I want to get him a digital camera. I need some input about which one would be a decent camera for an 11 year old. I don't want to spend a lot of money because it is going to be his first camera and I don't know how he will treat it. I think a simple point and shoot will do the trick, I just need some ideas .
