Sept rates on Expedia

I was just looking at hotels on Expedia and they have rates in September that were pretty impressive, i.e. Pop Century for $55, Beach Club from $209, AKL $132, Contemporary from $155 and moderates $85. The week that I was looking at was Sept. 1 to 8. Just FYI.

Sounds like those are about what one could get with Sept. room -only code AZZ.
